10 Anime Characters Who Would Make Great Among Us Crewmates
While it's definitely more fun to play as the Imposter, you'd be hard-pressed to beat a team comprising these amazing anime sleuths!

Crewmates in Among Us have two essential goals in winning the game: they must expose the imposters and complete their tasks in a timely fashion. Simultaneously, they have a responsibility to avoid places where they might be murdered all while gaining a clearer idea about who the infiltrators are.
Whether through special abilities or a keen sense of intuition, there are many anime characters who would fulfill the role of crewmate well. By identifying the characters most capable of exposing imposters, we can better appreciate their skills and what unique assets they bring to their respective universes.
10 It's Impossible To Lie To Galand (Seven Deadly Sins)

Galand of Truth's special ability is suggestive of his title; anyone who deliberately lies to him will be reduced to stone, as evinced through his battle against Merlin. Though he may not be the most intelligent of the Ten Commandments (having attempted to confront Meliodas by himself even after he'd regained his power), this would still allow him to question the entire crew and find the imposter easily.
Similarly, it would prevent others from accusing him of guilt, as his ability applies to himself just as much as it does everyone else.
9 Shikamaru Is A Tactical Genius With An Eye For Detail (Naruto)

Shikamaru was arguably the most intelligent character of the Naruto universe, having frequently applied his formidable wit in order to deduce seemingly impossible puzzles. He was smart enough to uncover the nature of Dosu's sound gauntlet without having ever fought against it directly and skilled enough to lead the genin in Sasuke's recovery mission.
His shadow possession jutsu would also make for a fantastic utility since it would prevent imposters from running away (or alternatively, freeze them in place as they approached). Between intelligence and abilities, few imposters would escape Nara's notice.
8 Hughes Was Able To Uncover Envy's Identity By Noticing A Tiny Detail (Fullmetal Alchemist)

Though Hughes lacked the abundant alchemic abilities of his peers, he had phenomenal attention to detail that rendered him a valuable asset to the state's forces. When Envy attempted to get close to him by posing as Maria Ross, he immediately knew of the homunculus' true identity because his disguise lacked a freckle.
Considering this incredible attention to detail (and ability to expose imposters), it follows that he'd be a perfect crewmate. This is especially true given the dedication he has to his job (and would therefore do tasks responsibly).
7 Integra Hellsing Has Excellent Intuition & Leadership Skills (Hellsing)

Integra was the leader of the Hellsing organization and a brilliant young woman. Under her leadership, England survived two disasters (thanks to the Millennium and Iscariot invasions) simultaneously. Moreover, she avoided further calamity by avoiding trusting the latter.
Her shrewdness evinces that she would make for a fantastic crewmate, especially given how well she can compose herself in dire circumstances. The only evidence to suggest otherwise was that she did not identify Walter's treacherous methods until he'd already attacked Alucard (to little consequence).
6 Toph Could Determine If Others Were Lying Through Their Heartbeats (Avatar)

Toph's blindness may make it difficult to discern imposters if the villains were to maneuver intelligently, but she has a skill that would render her a superb crewmate; a built-in lie detector.
By using her astute sense of hearing, she can listen to one's heartbeat as they speak and determine if they're telling the truth. This would allow her to efficiently interrogate the other crewmates and uncover who among them wasn't as they claimed.
5 Leorio Identified His Group's Imposter Before Anyone Else (Hunter X Hunter)

During the Hunter Exam, Leorio was immediately suspicious of Tonpa's intentions and was soon proven to be correct. The paunchy hunter candidate wasn't actually aspiring to pass the test. Instead, he simply wanted to see others fail.
Leorio's acute sense of judgment would be a considerable asset to the heroes, especially when combined with his enthusiasm and willingness to complete tasks on a timely basis. His only struggle would be to convince others of his suspicions, as he nearly failed to do with Tonpa.
4 Marco Was The First To Uncover The Warriors' Identity (Attack On Titan)

During a scouting mission, Marco overheard Reiner and Bertholdt talking about their objectives as titans. Despite the two reassuring him of their innocence and that they were only "joking," Braun understood that this eavesdropper was too intelligent to buy such a ruse.
From this, we can discern two things: not only is Marco excellent at being in the right place at the right time, but he also has enough competence to form a reasonably coherent case when he's prepared to make an accusation. This would come in handy if he manages to catch an imposter kill red-handed.
3 Abbacchio's Stand Would Allow Him To See Everything (JoJo's Bizarre Adventure)

Abbacchio was the only member of Bucciarati's team that Diavolo actually feared because of his Stand's unique ability. By standing over any area, he could "replay" the events of what transpired there.
Subsequently, if he found a body, it would only take him minutes at most to uncover who the imposter was. The man's only potential pitfalls are for the fact that the killer might come back for him as he's attempting to discern the truth and the possibility that other crewmates might be suspicious of him standing over a corpse without reporting it.
2 Toru's Invisibility Would Catch Imposters Off-Guard (My Hero Academia)

Toru has illustrated an aptitude for using her invisibility, as proven through her skirmish against Class 1-B and performance against Snipe during one of the heroes' many taxing trials.
Subsequently, she'd only need to follow crewmates around the ship and remain invisible to find success in her mission. Since the imposters aren't able to see her, they'd kill with impunity once they believed a target was isolated. From there, she would only need to recount the events leading up to the victim's death and incriminate the one responsible for it.
1 L Was Able To Identify Light As Kira In Days (Death Note)

L had accomplished tasks much greater than simply sniffing out imposters. He was able to condense a worldwide search for a serial killer into a single neighborhood with a single swoop, then later deduce Light's identity with certainty (but without hard proof).
Capable of keeping his composure under the most tenuous circumstances and able to recall the locations of all other passengers, he would use his photographic memory and keen detective skills in order to determine the imposters and expose them. Unless they're as intelligent as Yagami and can forge convincing alibis, their ejection would be ensured.
