Some antagonists are fantastic manipulators, and even a few of the movies' leads have been forced to rely on deception at one point or another. Subsequently, these characters would make for efficient imposters in Among Us, capable of eliminating an entire ship without generating the suspicion of crewmates.

However, he didn't actually have royal lineage; his status was as limited as the parade he entered on. Nonetheless, he managed to deceive an entire nation, indicating that he has the skills to avoid the criticism of crewmates as he picks them off.

Rourke was the leader of the expedition intended to discover Atlantis. A brilliant commander and leader, he managed to keep his intentions regarding the indigenous society he found secret until it was time to put his plans into full swing.

Considering how well he can act casually around the crew's morally upright characters, such as Milo or Doctor Sweet, it follows he'd be able to keep the crewmates' trust as he led them on a fake hunt for the imposter. His charisma was proven by the fact that most of the expeditionary force sided with him over the Atlanteans before the final battle.

Ratcliffe was the governor of the English during their efforts to establish a foothold in the New World. He saw the Native Americans' presence as a complication to his gold-digging schemes and used the most convenient excuse possible to attack them: specifically, the abduction of John Smith.

While Ratcliffe's means of argument may be inherently divisive, his leadership skills were proven when stirring up his forces and leading them into battle. He would only need to convince a portion of the crewmates of his innocence and turn the rest against each other for a perfect imposter victory.

Mother Gothel was a diabolical manipulator who imprisoned Rapunzel for years. She convinced the young girl that her protection from the outside world was necessary, when in reality, she simply wanted to harvest the healing power of her hair.

Considering her ability to hide from the kingdom's authorities and win the hearts of others, it follows that she'd make a fantastic imposter.

5 Clopin Was A Fast-Talking Swindler Who Struck Opportunistically (The Hunchback Of Notre Dame)

Clopin was an elusive rogue in the story of The Hunchback of Notre Dame. Although he presented himself as a playful trickster, he was actually far more violent than his demeanor suggested, as proven when capturing Quasimodo and Phoebus, bringing them to the Court of Miracles, and preparing to execute them.

Given his ability to avoid the authorities for years and conduct his attacks in secrecy, Clopin would a perfect imposter. His flashy presentation and ability to deflect accusations would guarantee his survival whenever an emergency meeting was called.

Should he convince a fraction of the crewmates of his innocence, he would be able to assassinate dissenters and thin the ship's numbers until he no longer required his loyal followers as pawns.
