Weird Among Us Cosplay Lets You Be All 10 Players At Once

Weird Among Us Cosplay Lets You Be All 10 Players At Once An Instagram user is making "low-cost" Among Us cosplays using his own body parts to represent the crew members of the beloved multiplayer game. An Instagram user has found a bizarre way to cosplay multiple Among Us characters at the same time. The social deduction game has taken the internet by storm despite being largely ignored when it released in 2018. The game has reached such incredible amounts of popularity that the developer cancelled a sequel to focus up on developing the current game. Among Us, like the similarly explosive Fall Guys before it, owes much of its success to its adorable, minimally designed characters. The astronauts in Among Us are small, beanlike creatures, decked out like Skittles in bright primary colors. Like in Fall Guys, players can purchase cosmetic accessories for their astronaut, including hats, and even little pets that can follow them around. While players are mostly interested in Amo...

Alexandria OcasioCortez Sets up Twitch Channel to Stream Among Us

Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) plans on streaming Among Us on her Twitch account to encourage the general public to vote in the 2020 general election, which, for many states, has already begun with early voting.

"Anyone want to play Among Us with me on Twitch to get out the vote? (I've never played but it looks like a lot of fun)," she wrote on Twitter. Gamer Pokimane responded to the politician's request, offering to join her for her first stream. "Let's do it!" Rep. Ocasio-Cortez wrote back. "I'll set up an account and get some streaming equipment today."

This is not the first time Rep. Ocasio-Cortez has used video games to connect to her followers. Back in May, she opened up her Twitter direct messages for four minutes so gamers could send her their Animal Crossing: New Horizons Dodo codes. Following the success of her first island visit and the many "wholesome" messages she received, she opened her messages again for another four minutes so more followers could send her their codes.

Among Us divides players into two groups: Imposters and Crewmates. Each group does not know who is who. Imposters win by killing enough Crewmates so their numbers equal those of the Imposters. Crewmates win by completing all their tasks — which include rewiring electrical grids and refueling tanks — before being killed by Imposters. Imposters are also given sabotage tasks, which start a timer. If the timer runs out before the Crewmates deactivate it, the Imposters win.

Developed and published by InnerSloth, Among Us released on June 15, 2018, on Android and iOS before debuting later in the year on Steam. However, it remained hidden in obscurity until mid-2020, when the game exploded in popularity thanks to Twitch and YouTube game streamers. This led to the announcement of Among Us 2 in August 2020. The sequel was canceled a month later, with the developers opting instead to focus on improving the first game.

Rep. Ocasio-Cortez was elected to the United States House of Representatives in the 2018 midterm elections. She took office at the age of 29, becoming the youngest woman ever to serve in the United States Congress. She is currently running for reelection against Republican John Cummings and write-in Antoine Tucker.

Developed and published by InnerSloth, Among Us is available on Android, iOS and Microsoft Windows.

Among Us Hat Graph All 94 Hats Ranked From Cute To Sus

Among Us Hat Graph All 94 Hats Ranked From Cute To Sus Among Us' hats can say a lot about the player that wears them and may influence who dies first. Here's every hat in the game ranked from cute to sus. One of the best ways to appear innocent in Among Us is by dressing for the occasion. While judging someone by their appearance is superficial, it could also be a player's saving grace. This graph will examine every hat in Among Us and rank them according to how cute, boring, silly, and sus they are. In a social deduction game like Among Us, players usually don't have a lot to go off outside of appearances. This becomes even more true for players who primarily play in public lobbies where voice chat isn't an option. A player could be given the benefit of the doubt immediately depending on how they choose to dress. While dressing cute could help an innocent crewmate stay out of the spotlight, it can also allow the Impostor to prey on the unassuming minds of their vic...

Among Us Theory What Impostors Really Are

Among Us Theory What Impostors Really Are Among Us' dastardly Impostors terrorize crewmates with various forms of killing and sabotage, and fans have theories about their origins and motives. The Impostors that give Among Us its name and central gameplay hook are, by design, a mysterious bunch. On the surface, they're nearly identical to Among Us' colorful crewmates, but Impostors exhibit certain strange and terrifying properties. Due to the game's lack of overt story, it's unclear what exactly Among Us' Impostors are, but fans have a few compelling theories. Unlike normal crewmates, Impostors have the ability to slink through vents, which - unless crewmates are small enough to do this, too, but simply have no need to - suggests they have some kind of shapeshifting ability. This would also explain Impostors' ability to open up a large mouth at the waist of their spacesuits and stab victims with sharp tongues. It's possible Among Us' crewmates also ha...

Why Among Us 2021 Roadmap Hasnt Released Yet

Why Among Us 2021 Roadmap Hasnt Released Yet A 2021 map for Among Us updates is still missing in action, despite a promise early this year - which may be because predictions are impossible. In a January blog post, Among Us creators InnerSloth promised a content roadmap for 2021. The idea was to "be more transparent" about what features were launching for the social deduction game, and in which order. As of mid-May, however, that roadmap for Among Us still doesn't exist, and given both the time of year and the likely explanation, it may not arrive at all. Among Us first launched in June 2018 as a mobile-only title for iOS and Android, only reaching PCs in November that year. It was largely sidelined until early 2020, when Twitch and YouTube streamers helped shoot it to massive popularity. This resulted in a Nintendo Switch port in December, and plans for both Xbox and PlayStation versions by the end of 2021. In terms of original content, the biggest release so far has been...
