Weird Among Us Cosplay Lets You Be All 10 Players At Once

Weird Among Us Cosplay Lets You Be All 10 Players At Once An Instagram user is making "low-cost" Among Us cosplays using his own body parts to represent the crew members of the beloved multiplayer game. An Instagram user has found a bizarre way to cosplay multiple Among Us characters at the same time. The social deduction game has taken the internet by storm despite being largely ignored when it released in 2018. The game has reached such incredible amounts of popularity that the developer cancelled a sequel to focus up on developing the current game. Among Us, like the similarly explosive Fall Guys before it, owes much of its success to its adorable, minimally designed characters. The astronauts in Among Us are small, beanlike creatures, decked out like Skittles in bright primary colors. Like in Fall Guys, players can purchase cosmetic accessories for their astronaut, including hats, and even little pets that can follow them around. While players are mostly interested in Amo...

Among Us Explained What Sus Means (& How To Tell Who Is)

Among Us Explained What Sus Means (& How To Tell Who Is)

Determining who's acting suspicious, or Sus, is a vital part of the Among Us experience, and there are a few different ways to do it successfully.

Among Us Explained What Sus Means (& How To Tell Who Is)

There's an Impostor Among Us everyone, figure out who's acting Sus! It may not be immediately clear by that sentence what exactly the phrase "Sus" entails, but Among Us players can usually quickly figure it out. The word has been used many times in multiple different situations over the years, from a joke regarding someone's behavior to a term to describe actions in video games such as Garry's Mod's TTT gamemode and, most recently, all over the video game Among Us.

The phrase is a slang term for "Suspect" and was first added to Urban Dictionary in 2019, with the added connotation that it is often used to describe someone's actions as highly suspicious or untrustworthy. While the origin of the slang word is unclear, it has been used in legal terminology in the British "Sus law" in 1824. The use of the phrase in Among Us is to denote someone as acting suspicious of being an Impostor impersonating a crewmate, thus allowing the group of crewmates to vote out possible Impostors and win the game.

There is a certain air of caution that should be introduced when accusing someone of being Sus in Among Us, as more often than not it will result in the player being immediately executed through the airlock. If someone is wrongly accused, the value of the phrase (and the trust in the accuser) significantly diminishes for the remainder of the match, and the crewmates just did the Impostors job for them. So, then, the ultimate question to be asked is, how can a crewmate tell if someone is acting Sus?

How To Spot Sus Players In Among Us

Among Us Explained What Sus Means (& How To Tell Who Is)

Among Us takes place in one of three different sci-fi locations, though new Among Us maps are being added soon, with each crewmate being assigned tasks that must be completed for them to win the game. Some of these tasks are visible to other players, such as shooting asteroids or scanning in the medbay, while others require a bit more thought to determine. Players can be assigned the same tasks at the same locations, and Impostors will use this to attempt to prove themselves innocent by faking tasks. However, if they arrived after the crewmate currently working on the task and finished it before them, it should be a cause for concern.

Other ways of telling if someone is Sus is to observe whenever they stop moving. Impostors possess the ability to sabotage parts of the ship from anywhere on board, however they must stop and stand still to do this, meaning that an inexperienced Impostor could out themselves if they stand still just before a system shuts down, such as the lights or the oxygen. However, the best way to tell if a player is a crewmate or Impostor is to trust gut instincts and feel the vibe of their play for aggression or trickery. Players can out themselves for acting sus while moving or while in communication between rounds (look to the people accusing too much, or the ones being too silent) but, eventually, everyone either eliminates all other possibilities in Among Us, or the crew all die trying.

Among Us Hat Graph All 94 Hats Ranked From Cute To Sus

Among Us Hat Graph All 94 Hats Ranked From Cute To Sus Among Us' hats can say a lot about the player that wears them and may influence who dies first. Here's every hat in the game ranked from cute to sus. One of the best ways to appear innocent in Among Us is by dressing for the occasion. While judging someone by their appearance is superficial, it could also be a player's saving grace. This graph will examine every hat in Among Us and rank them according to how cute, boring, silly, and sus they are. In a social deduction game like Among Us, players usually don't have a lot to go off outside of appearances. This becomes even more true for players who primarily play in public lobbies where voice chat isn't an option. A player could be given the benefit of the doubt immediately depending on how they choose to dress. While dressing cute could help an innocent crewmate stay out of the spotlight, it can also allow the Impostor to prey on the unassuming minds of their vic...

Among Us Theory What Impostors Really Are

Among Us Theory What Impostors Really Are Among Us' dastardly Impostors terrorize crewmates with various forms of killing and sabotage, and fans have theories about their origins and motives. The Impostors that give Among Us its name and central gameplay hook are, by design, a mysterious bunch. On the surface, they're nearly identical to Among Us' colorful crewmates, but Impostors exhibit certain strange and terrifying properties. Due to the game's lack of overt story, it's unclear what exactly Among Us' Impostors are, but fans have a few compelling theories. Unlike normal crewmates, Impostors have the ability to slink through vents, which - unless crewmates are small enough to do this, too, but simply have no need to - suggests they have some kind of shapeshifting ability. This would also explain Impostors' ability to open up a large mouth at the waist of their spacesuits and stab victims with sharp tongues. It's possible Among Us' crewmates also ha...

Why Among Us 2021 Roadmap Hasnt Released Yet

Why Among Us 2021 Roadmap Hasnt Released Yet A 2021 map for Among Us updates is still missing in action, despite a promise early this year - which may be because predictions are impossible. In a January blog post, Among Us creators InnerSloth promised a content roadmap for 2021. The idea was to "be more transparent" about what features were launching for the social deduction game, and in which order. As of mid-May, however, that roadmap for Among Us still doesn't exist, and given both the time of year and the likely explanation, it may not arrive at all. Among Us first launched in June 2018 as a mobile-only title for iOS and Android, only reaching PCs in November that year. It was largely sidelined until early 2020, when Twitch and YouTube streamers helped shoot it to massive popularity. This resulted in a Nintendo Switch port in December, and plans for both Xbox and PlayStation versions by the end of 2021. In terms of original content, the biggest release so far has been...
