Weird Among Us Cosplay Lets You Be All 10 Players At Once

Weird Among Us Cosplay Lets You Be All 10 Players At Once An Instagram user is making "low-cost" Among Us cosplays using his own body parts to represent the crew members of the beloved multiplayer game. An Instagram user has found a bizarre way to cosplay multiple Among Us characters at the same time. The social deduction game has taken the internet by storm despite being largely ignored when it released in 2018. The game has reached such incredible amounts of popularity that the developer cancelled a sequel to focus up on developing the current game. Among Us, like the similarly explosive Fall Guys before it, owes much of its success to its adorable, minimally designed characters. The astronauts in Among Us are small, beanlike creatures, decked out like Skittles in bright primary colors. Like in Fall Guys, players can purchase cosmetic accessories for their astronaut, including hats, and even little pets that can follow them around. While players are mostly interested in Amo...

Among Us VR Will Bring Players Right Into The Airship

Among Us VR Will Bring Players Right Into The Airship

During The Game Awards 2021, Schell Games and Innersloth revealed Among Us VR. The game has no release date, but will come to PSVR and Meta Quest.

Among Us VR Will Bring Players Right Into The Airship

During The Game Awards, InnerSloth revealed Among Us VR, which will come to headsets like PlayStation VR and Quest. Among Us has been a cultural phenomenon since 2020, despite releasing in 2018. Due to the pandemic, many were looking for a way to stay social while locked indoors and found that the whodunit game was an effective way to stay entertained. With this new version, it'll evolve the way players experience Among Us' tense mystery gameplay in a substantial way.

In late 2020, the game came to Nintendo Switch, and later this month, Among Us will come to Xbox and PlayStation for the first time. The game largely found its following on PC and mobile, but its sudden burst of popularity has convinced InnerSloth to bring it to additional platforms. Now, the beloved developer will be essentially making a new version of the game for new platforms.

Developers InnerSloth and Schell Games released the first trailer for Among Us VR during The Game Awards, giving a brief glimpse at gameplay. Bringing Among Us to VR will drastically change the game as it limits the perspective and also makes the jump from 2D to 3D. Nonetheless, it will still retain the core mechanics of the game across PlayStation VR, Meta Quest 2, and Steam VR headsets. That said, it's unclear if Among Us VR will get updated with additional content like the main game. Among Us VR will be developed by Schell Games, creators of I Expect You To Die, in association with InnerSloth. Studio founder Jesse Schell expressed enthusiasm regarding the new version in a statement.

“We’re excited to take all the features players worldwide have enjoyed from Among Us and tailor them to a fully immersive experience in virtual reality. There’s a lot to love about Among Us and this partnership presents a perfect pairing of the runaway success of the original game and the upward trajectory of the virtual reality ecosystem.”

InnerSloth also promised a release date for Among Us VR at a later date, but did not give any sort of time frame. Given Among Us' immense popularity, this new version should be an exciting way to experience a game fans already know like the back of their hand. Not only will it make things more tense by limiting the POV of players, but it'll give a more hands-on and engaging feeling to the more mundane tasks.

The Among Us VR reveal is just one of many big reveals from The Game Awards 2021, but it's certainly one of the most unexpected. With the imminent launch of the main game on Xbox and PlayStation consoles, the acclaimed title is quickly becoming one of the most accessible games on the market thanks to all of the platforms it's available on. With the VR version on the way, it seems like Among Us will continue its reign in the online gaming space for the foreseeable future.

Among Us Hat Graph All 94 Hats Ranked From Cute To Sus

Among Us Hat Graph All 94 Hats Ranked From Cute To Sus Among Us' hats can say a lot about the player that wears them and may influence who dies first. Here's every hat in the game ranked from cute to sus. One of the best ways to appear innocent in Among Us is by dressing for the occasion. While judging someone by their appearance is superficial, it could also be a player's saving grace. This graph will examine every hat in Among Us and rank them according to how cute, boring, silly, and sus they are. In a social deduction game like Among Us, players usually don't have a lot to go off outside of appearances. This becomes even more true for players who primarily play in public lobbies where voice chat isn't an option. A player could be given the benefit of the doubt immediately depending on how they choose to dress. While dressing cute could help an innocent crewmate stay out of the spotlight, it can also allow the Impostor to prey on the unassuming minds of their vic...

Among Us Theory What Impostors Really Are

Among Us Theory What Impostors Really Are Among Us' dastardly Impostors terrorize crewmates with various forms of killing and sabotage, and fans have theories about their origins and motives. The Impostors that give Among Us its name and central gameplay hook are, by design, a mysterious bunch. On the surface, they're nearly identical to Among Us' colorful crewmates, but Impostors exhibit certain strange and terrifying properties. Due to the game's lack of overt story, it's unclear what exactly Among Us' Impostors are, but fans have a few compelling theories. Unlike normal crewmates, Impostors have the ability to slink through vents, which - unless crewmates are small enough to do this, too, but simply have no need to - suggests they have some kind of shapeshifting ability. This would also explain Impostors' ability to open up a large mouth at the waist of their spacesuits and stab victims with sharp tongues. It's possible Among Us' crewmates also ha...

Why Among Us 2021 Roadmap Hasnt Released Yet

Why Among Us 2021 Roadmap Hasnt Released Yet A 2021 map for Among Us updates is still missing in action, despite a promise early this year - which may be because predictions are impossible. In a January blog post, Among Us creators InnerSloth promised a content roadmap for 2021. The idea was to "be more transparent" about what features were launching for the social deduction game, and in which order. As of mid-May, however, that roadmap for Among Us still doesn't exist, and given both the time of year and the likely explanation, it may not arrive at all. Among Us first launched in June 2018 as a mobile-only title for iOS and Android, only reaching PCs in November that year. It was largely sidelined until early 2020, when Twitch and YouTube streamers helped shoot it to massive popularity. This resulted in a Nintendo Switch port in December, and plans for both Xbox and PlayStation versions by the end of 2021. In terms of original content, the biggest release so far has been...
