Weird Among Us Cosplay Lets You Be All 10 Players At Once

Weird Among Us Cosplay Lets You Be All 10 Players At Once An Instagram user is making "low-cost" Among Us cosplays using his own body parts to represent the crew members of the beloved multiplayer game. An Instagram user has found a bizarre way to cosplay multiple Among Us characters at the same time. The social deduction game has taken the internet by storm despite being largely ignored when it released in 2018. The game has reached such incredible amounts of popularity that the developer cancelled a sequel to focus up on developing the current game. Among Us, like the similarly explosive Fall Guys before it, owes much of its success to its adorable, minimally designed characters. The astronauts in Among Us are small, beanlike creatures, decked out like Skittles in bright primary colors. Like in Fall Guys, players can purchase cosmetic accessories for their astronaut, including hats, and even little pets that can follow them around. While players are mostly interested in Amo...

In perhaps the most fitting marketing move of all, Free Guy gets a new line of posters parodying video games like Grand Theft Auto and Among Us. Video game adaptations are notoriously hit or miss. On one end of the spectrum, there are solid efforts like this year's Mortal Kombat and 2019's Detective Pikachu. On the other end are the misfires, like Assassin's Creed and Warcraft. If the reviews are to be believed, this week's Free Guy will be among the best of the best, though it isn't technically based on a specific game.

Starring Ryan Reynolds as the titular NCP, Free Guy centers on an unassuming bank teller who faces every day with a cheerful smile, even when he's frequently beaten and held up by gun-toting criminals. Guy lives in the video game world of Free City, and it isn't until he meets Molotov Girl (Jodie Comer) that he learns the truth about his existence. With Free City in danger of shutting down, Guy and Molotov Girl must team up to save the day.

To help drum up excitement for Free Guy, new posters have been released online. Each one parodies a popular video game, from Mario Party to Animal Crossing. Video game enthusiasts will get a kick out of seeing how each cover is translated to fit Free Guy's characters and world. Check them out below.

If Free City is similar to any video game, it's perhaps the most like Grand Theft Auto, in that it's an open world game where players are encouraged to incite mayhem. One could even argue the name Free City is in reference to Vice City, which is the same GTA game that is parodied above. The creative team behind Free Guy, which includes director Shawn Levy, have stated that the movie is about more than games. At the same time, Free Guy contains numerous gaming cameos and Easter eggs for fans to discover. There might even be some references to the games referenced in the new posters.

Free Guy arrives over a year after it was originally slated to debut in theaters. The coronavirus pandemic delayed it to this summer, but it will now roll out in theaters this weekend. Unlike select recent movies like The Suicide Squad and Black Widow, Free Guy won't be backed by a streaming release, so there's much interest in seeing how the movie will perform at the box office. It'll be fascinating to see if video game fans flock to this original tale, and if they'll be won over by Guy's pixelated adventure.

Among Us Hat Graph All 94 Hats Ranked From Cute To Sus

Among Us Hat Graph All 94 Hats Ranked From Cute To Sus Among Us' hats can say a lot about the player that wears them and may influence who dies first. Here's every hat in the game ranked from cute to sus. One of the best ways to appear innocent in Among Us is by dressing for the occasion. While judging someone by their appearance is superficial, it could also be a player's saving grace. This graph will examine every hat in Among Us and rank them according to how cute, boring, silly, and sus they are. In a social deduction game like Among Us, players usually don't have a lot to go off outside of appearances. This becomes even more true for players who primarily play in public lobbies where voice chat isn't an option. A player could be given the benefit of the doubt immediately depending on how they choose to dress. While dressing cute could help an innocent crewmate stay out of the spotlight, it can also allow the Impostor to prey on the unassuming minds of their vic...

Among Us Theory What Impostors Really Are

Among Us Theory What Impostors Really Are Among Us' dastardly Impostors terrorize crewmates with various forms of killing and sabotage, and fans have theories about their origins and motives. The Impostors that give Among Us its name and central gameplay hook are, by design, a mysterious bunch. On the surface, they're nearly identical to Among Us' colorful crewmates, but Impostors exhibit certain strange and terrifying properties. Due to the game's lack of overt story, it's unclear what exactly Among Us' Impostors are, but fans have a few compelling theories. Unlike normal crewmates, Impostors have the ability to slink through vents, which - unless crewmates are small enough to do this, too, but simply have no need to - suggests they have some kind of shapeshifting ability. This would also explain Impostors' ability to open up a large mouth at the waist of their spacesuits and stab victims with sharp tongues. It's possible Among Us' crewmates also ha...
