My Hero Academia 10 Characters Who Would Make Great Among Us Imposters
Some quirks add a level of deception in the My Hero Academia universe. Who could use their quirks & wits to succeed as the Among Us Imposter?

The My Hero Academia universe has many characters who are skilled in the art of espionage, subterfuge, and deception. Through their skills, the series' forces for evil and good probe their enemies' ranks and determine their strength for coming battles.
Whether through quirks or natural skills as deceivers and silver-tongued social masterminds, certain characters would make for perfect imposters in the Among Us game. By identifying how their abilities and skills would contribute to their success, we can better grasp their adaptability and cunning when under even the most unexpected circumstances.
10 Hawks Was Successful In Infiltrating The League Of Villains

Hawks' quirk may not be particularly useful in avoiding suspicion or killing crewmates, but his skills as a manipulator are unprecedented. This was why he was chosen by the Japanese government to infiltrate the League of Villains and operate as a spy from the inside.
Although Dabi was dubious about the avian hero's allegiance at first, his loyalty was quickly proven in the aftermath of the High-End incident. Similarly, Hawks would be equally persuasive about convincing crewmates of his innocence, especially through faking tasks.
9 Shinso Would Be Able To Quell Dissent With A Simple Conversation

Shinso's quirk would be particularly useful with his voice modulating mask. Although he is a cunning and skilled hero unlikely to be detected, he would be able to quell dissent even if his identity was discovered.
Through asking a simple counter-question regarding someone's accusation, he would be able to lock them down since they would fall under his hypnotic trance. No longer able to elaborate on Shinso's guilt, he would be able to (literally) get away with murder and quietly dispatch his accuser before the next emergency meeting is called.
8 Mirio's Permeation Would Allow Him To "Vent" Anywhere

Mirio's "Permeation" quirk allows him to phase through solid objects. This would provide a massive advantage when disposing of crewmates since he could effectively create his own "vents" where none existed, leaving his pursuers bewildered as to how he made his stunning escape.
The hero's only major pitfall is that he can be cowed under tremendous stress, as proven when Overhaul came to collect Eri. However, should he keep a level head and make intelligent kills, his quirk would allow him to dispose of a lobby well before they realized his elusive prowess.
7 Toru's Invisibility Renders Her Almost Unstoppable

Toru's invisibility would allow her to kill crewmates with impunity and beneath the notice of her pursuers. It would be particularly effective in a group setting since she could turn a group of three against each other with a single murder, as they would immediately be inclined to suspect those next to them.
However, her strategy isn't bulletproof. The hero's name would still appear on the emergency meeting board, and her invisibility could arouse the suspicion of the crewmates. Therefore, Toru must use her quirk responsibly if she hopes to clear out the ship before being caught and exposed.
6 Edgeshot Is A Trained Assassin Who Could Travel Inside The Crewmates Themselves

Edgeshot's "Foldabody" quirk allowed him to make himself paper-thin and enter the bodies of his enemies. While technically not invisibility, this granted him every advantage Toru had with the added benefit of being able to physically manifest to avoid suspicion.
Moreover, he was among Japan's top ten heroes and widely regarded for his skills as an assassin. Therefore, an imposter mission would play into his specific strengths much better than it would for most of the series' other characters.
5 Kurogiri's Warp Gate Would Allow Him To Teleport Across The Map In Seconds

Kurogiri's Warp Gate would allow him to teleport himself and others across the map in a matter of moments. This would prove monumentally more useful than simply venting, as it affords him much more versatility and precision as to where he wants to go.
Additionally, it enables him to "swallow" a crewmate abruptly and whisk them to a remote location where they could be quietly murdered. Given his erratic movements and boundless mobility, Kurogiri would obviate accusations much better than most of the League's other evildoers.
4 Tenya's Bursts Of Speed Would Allow Him To Flee From Bodies & Create Strong Alibis

Tenya Iida's quirk allows him to move at astoundingly high speeds. Although it wouldn't help him convince crewmates of his innocence or hide bodies, he could flee from the scene of his kills quickly and create convincing alibis as to his whereabouts.
Additionally, Iida's high intelligence as Class 1-A's president would be a massive asset. A natural leader, he would take charge of the same investigation intended to incriminate him.
3 Thirteen Could Make Crewmates Disappear Entirely

Thirteen was able to create powerful black holes with an impossibly strong suction from the tips of her fingers. Unlike most other imposters, this would not only allow her to kill crewmates but also to make their bodies disappear without a trace.
Therefore, the only way to defeat the robot is if one calls an emergency meeting. However, given that she is also a professional hero with high experience and situational awareness in battle, it follows that she'd have enough skill to avoid being caught. As an added minor benefit, her physical appearance strongly resembles a crewmate and would engender trust in their ranks.
2 Twice Could Duplicate Himself In Order To Create Alibis During His Kills

Although Twice was initially reluctant to clone himself, he mastered his fears during the attack against Re-Destro and his minions. By duplicating responsibly, he could make kills and stay with another crewmate simultaneously, thereby compelling them to vouch for him.
The only way that the multiplying villain could conceivably be caught is if he runs into himself while following one of his victims. However, as an imposter, he could seal the door while deactivating his quirk in order to avoid suspicion and hide his double.
1 Shigaraki Was Able To Move Unseen In Broad Daylight

Shigaraki's "Decay" quirk would be similarly useful to Thirteen's since it could reduce bodies to dust and force crewmates to call emergency meetings in order to accuse him. However, he has the added benefit of being a skilled spy who could navigate hero society in broad daylight without being seen.
This was proven during his encounter with Izuku Midoriya, where he waited until Uraraka wandered off before ambushing him. Considering how proficiently the villain can move undetected, it follows that he'd have profound success as an imposter and eradicate an entire lobby of crewmates gleefully.
