Weird Among Us Cosplay Lets You Be All 10 Players At Once

Weird Among Us Cosplay Lets You Be All 10 Players At Once An Instagram user is making "low-cost" Among Us cosplays using his own body parts to represent the crew members of the beloved multiplayer game. An Instagram user has found a bizarre way to cosplay multiple Among Us characters at the same time. The social deduction game has taken the internet by storm despite being largely ignored when it released in 2018. The game has reached such incredible amounts of popularity that the developer cancelled a sequel to focus up on developing the current game. Among Us, like the similarly explosive Fall Guys before it, owes much of its success to its adorable, minimally designed characters. The astronauts in Among Us are small, beanlike creatures, decked out like Skittles in bright primary colors. Like in Fall Guys, players can purchase cosmetic accessories for their astronaut, including hats, and even little pets that can follow them around. While players are mostly interested in Amo...

Among Us Chicken Nugget Sells For $100000

The McDonald's chicken nugget shaped like an Among Us crewmate has been sold in an eBay auction for just under $100,000. In late May, a McDonald's customer listed a chicken nugget on eBay from a BTS Combo Meal. The seller hoped to fetch over $1,000 for the used food item, solely because of its Among Us crewmate shape.

It seemed a joke at first to some. After all, why would anyone spend a considerable amount of money on an oddly-shaped piece of chicken? The eBay seller got the last laugh, though. Within a few days of the listing going live, bids for the lone bite of poultry had eclipsed $30,000. Someone somewhere was about to rake in a good chunk of change thanks to hunger-induced happenstance. And now that very same person is roughly $100,000 richer.

As reported by Video Games Chronicle, the Among Us-shaped chicken nugget on eBay sold earlier this morning. After an astonishing 184 bids, the nugget from the BTS Combo Meal raked in $99,997. The seller noted the food product, listed on eBay as "used," expires within 14 days of its initial purchase on average. Its new owner will receive the item before those 14 days pass. For added security, the seller previously froze and air sealed the nugget "to ensure freshness."

Among Us Chicken Nugget Sells For $100000

If anyone still had doubts about Among Us' popularity, this seems as though it should eliminate them all. Think about how many chicken nuggets in the history of McDonald's chicken nuggets have been inadvertently shaped in such a way. It's quite the fortuitous circumstance for the eBay seller - their thought to capitalize on it all is also rather shrewd.

Among Us originally launched in 2018, yet it didn't pick up steam until last year. The social deduction experience entered the stratosphere and won't soon come back down. Developer InnerSloth released a Nintendo Switch version in December 2020. Now the crew is working on Among Us' PlayStation and Xbox ports, both of which are scheduled to launch sometime this year. The PlayStation version will rollout alongside exclusive Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart items such as a hat, pet, and skin. It remains to be seen if the Xbox iteration will receive similarly exclusive content related to the console's brand.

Among Us Theory What Impostors Really Are

Among Us Theory What Impostors Really Are Among Us' dastardly Impostors terrorize crewmates with various forms of killing and sabotage, and fans have theories about their origins and motives. The Impostors that give Among Us its name and central gameplay hook are, by design, a mysterious bunch. On the surface, they're nearly identical to Among Us' colorful crewmates, but Impostors exhibit certain strange and terrifying properties. Due to the game's lack of overt story, it's unclear what exactly Among Us' Impostors are, but fans have a few compelling theories. Unlike normal crewmates, Impostors have the ability to slink through vents, which - unless crewmates are small enough to do this, too, but simply have no need to - suggests they have some kind of shapeshifting ability. This would also explain Impostors' ability to open up a large mouth at the waist of their spacesuits and stab victims with sharp tongues. It's possible Among Us' crewmates also ha...

Every Among Us Kill Animation Ranked By Level Of Violence

Every Among Us Kill Animation Ranked By Level Of Violence Among Us is pretty brutal for such a simple-looking game with cute, rounded characters. Here's each kill animation ranked from least to most violent. Despite the rather cute and simple look of Among Us, the online science fiction game has some pretty horrific kill animations that are often shown when an Impostor is left alone with an unsuspecting Crewmate. This list will go over each one, ranking them from least to most violent. Killing is a natural part of Among Us as the premise states a parasitic shapeshifter Impostor has taken the place of one of the Crewmates in an otherwise productive crew of MIRA scientists, explorers, and researchers. Crewmates try figure out who the Impostor is while trying to stay alive, but fans know that death is an inevitable part of the game. In fact, the absence of one makes it near impossible to find out who the real Impostors are. Currently, there are only four different kill animations, but...

Among Us Map Timeline Theory How The Impostor Attacks Started

Among Us Map Timeline Theory How The Impostor Attacks Started One interesting Among Us fan theory offers an explanation on the origins of the Impostors and provides a timeline for when and where they appear. The online social deduction multiplayer title Among Us is a relatively simple game, but it's recent success has already brought about some interesting and complex fan theories to give more backstory to the space-themed setting. One theory gives a plausible explanation for how the Impostors came to be, incorporating each of the maps for more evidence. There are currently three maps in Among Us: The Skeld, MIRA HQ, and the latest addition, Polus. The developers are in the process of adding a new map, so this theory will only pertain to the ones already available. The Skeld is the primary map that takes place on a cargo spaceship which travels to the other locations. MIRA HQ is a tall building set high in a planet's atmosphere and is the location the Crewmates travel back to a...
