Weird Among Us Cosplay Lets You Be All 10 Players At Once

Weird Among Us Cosplay Lets You Be All 10 Players At Once An Instagram user is making "low-cost" Among Us cosplays using his own body parts to represent the crew members of the beloved multiplayer game. An Instagram user has found a bizarre way to cosplay multiple Among Us characters at the same time. The social deduction game has taken the internet by storm despite being largely ignored when it released in 2018. The game has reached such incredible amounts of popularity that the developer cancelled a sequel to focus up on developing the current game. Among Us, like the similarly explosive Fall Guys before it, owes much of its success to its adorable, minimally designed characters. The astronauts in Among Us are small, beanlike creatures, decked out like Skittles in bright primary colors. Like in Fall Guys, players can purchase cosmetic accessories for their astronaut, including hats, and even little pets that can follow them around. While players are mostly interested in Amo...

Among Us Coming To Xbox Consoles (And Game Pass) In 2021

Among Us Coming To Xbox Consoles (And Game Pass) In 2021

In 2021, the popular online multiplayer game Among Us will finally be arriving on Xbox consoles everywhere – as well as Xbox Game Pass.

Among Us Coming To Xbox Consoles (And Game Pass) In 2021

At long last, Among Us, the popular game that swept the nation in 2020, will be coming to Xbox and the console's subscription service Xbox Game Pass in 2021, according to a new Twitter post by Xbox. Since the beginning of the game’s release, it’s only been available to play on mobile devices, and then eventually PC, but it seems consoles are beginning to step into the light with this multiplayer game.

Among Us is a game that’s been out since 2018 but recently had a large burst in popularity, so much so that it’s one of the most-watched games on Twitch. It was even nominated at The Game Awards and won Best Multiplayer Game and Best Mobile Game for this year, so there’s no shortage of how much fun this game has been for everyone. It’s free-to-play (most of the time) and relatively easy to catch onto, so it’s no wonder that consoles are starting to adapt the game into their systems.

Xbox recently responded to a tweet from Xbox Game Pass for PC that was promoting the game, simply saying “*pops out of vent* Oops, we’ve been caught.” After that, the account claimed that the game will be arriving on consoles, as well as the Xbox Game Pass in 2021 – which can only mean soon since the new year is right around the corner. Xbox isn’t the first console to adapt this game to its console. Nintendo Switch recently released the game on its own eShop. However, in that version the player does have to pay for it – but it’s only $5.00 – so it’s not like someone would break the bank on trying to play on the Switch with their buddies. There hasn’t been any news regarding whether PlayStation will be adapting it to its consoles, but with how it has been going with the other two, don’t be surprised if an announcement comes within the next couple of weeks for PS.

Again, this game has taken over the charts, so much so that people have modded it with plenty of different ways to play. Recently at The Game Awards, the developers revealed that they were going to be releasing a new map in early 2021 around March, one that will be a crossover with Among Us and Henry Stickman. These new changes and the ability to easily co-op with friends have been a huge reason why many people, whether a gamer or not, have flocked to this easy-to-play game.

There’s no news yet if there will be a price tag on the Xbox’s version of Among Us. It’s known that a Nintendo Online membership is required to play online, and access the new Airship map in the spring, but other than that there hasn’t been more than a price set. However, that is for Nintendo and this is Xbox, so it could be a different story. Either way, it seems that the imposter will be among everyone on Xbox once 2021 rolls around, so players' eyes better be peeled.

Among Us Theory What Impostors Really Are

Among Us Theory What Impostors Really Are Among Us' dastardly Impostors terrorize crewmates with various forms of killing and sabotage, and fans have theories about their origins and motives. The Impostors that give Among Us its name and central gameplay hook are, by design, a mysterious bunch. On the surface, they're nearly identical to Among Us' colorful crewmates, but Impostors exhibit certain strange and terrifying properties. Due to the game's lack of overt story, it's unclear what exactly Among Us' Impostors are, but fans have a few compelling theories. Unlike normal crewmates, Impostors have the ability to slink through vents, which - unless crewmates are small enough to do this, too, but simply have no need to - suggests they have some kind of shapeshifting ability. This would also explain Impostors' ability to open up a large mouth at the waist of their spacesuits and stab victims with sharp tongues. It's possible Among Us' crewmates also ha...

Every Among Us Kill Animation Ranked By Level Of Violence

Every Among Us Kill Animation Ranked By Level Of Violence Among Us is pretty brutal for such a simple-looking game with cute, rounded characters. Here's each kill animation ranked from least to most violent. Despite the rather cute and simple look of Among Us, the online science fiction game has some pretty horrific kill animations that are often shown when an Impostor is left alone with an unsuspecting Crewmate. This list will go over each one, ranking them from least to most violent. Killing is a natural part of Among Us as the premise states a parasitic shapeshifter Impostor has taken the place of one of the Crewmates in an otherwise productive crew of MIRA scientists, explorers, and researchers. Crewmates try figure out who the Impostor is while trying to stay alive, but fans know that death is an inevitable part of the game. In fact, the absence of one makes it near impossible to find out who the real Impostors are. Currently, there are only four different kill animations, but...

Among Us Map Timeline Theory How The Impostor Attacks Started

Among Us Map Timeline Theory How The Impostor Attacks Started One interesting Among Us fan theory offers an explanation on the origins of the Impostors and provides a timeline for when and where they appear. The online social deduction multiplayer title Among Us is a relatively simple game, but it's recent success has already brought about some interesting and complex fan theories to give more backstory to the space-themed setting. One theory gives a plausible explanation for how the Impostors came to be, incorporating each of the maps for more evidence. There are currently three maps in Among Us: The Skeld, MIRA HQ, and the latest addition, Polus. The developers are in the process of adding a new map, so this theory will only pertain to the ones already available. The Skeld is the primary map that takes place on a cargo spaceship which travels to the other locations. MIRA HQ is a tall building set high in a planet's atmosphere and is the location the Crewmates travel back to a...
