Weird Among Us Cosplay Lets You Be All 10 Players At Once

Weird Among Us Cosplay Lets You Be All 10 Players At Once An Instagram user is making "low-cost" Among Us cosplays using his own body parts to represent the crew members of the beloved multiplayer game. An Instagram user has found a bizarre way to cosplay multiple Among Us characters at the same time. The social deduction game has taken the internet by storm despite being largely ignored when it released in 2018. The game has reached such incredible amounts of popularity that the developer cancelled a sequel to focus up on developing the current game. Among Us, like the similarly explosive Fall Guys before it, owes much of its success to its adorable, minimally designed characters. The astronauts in Among Us are small, beanlike creatures, decked out like Skittles in bright primary colors. Like in Fall Guys, players can purchase cosmetic accessories for their astronaut, including hats, and even little pets that can follow them around. While players are mostly interested in Amo...

Among Us Ghosts Should Be Able To Haunt Imposters After Death

Among Us Ghosts Should Be Able To Haunt Imposters After Death

While there a lot of things Among Us does very well, giving ghosts more abilities in the game would make the experience more fun and even more deep.

Among Us Ghosts Should Be Able To Haunt Imposters After Death

In a very short time, Among Us has become one of the most popular games to play with friends. On the surface, the game is very simple, but it's the premise of deceiving a player's friends as an imposter or sniffing out the liar in the party which is so compelling and satisfying. This sort of gameplay lends itself to multiple replays over and over, and with a quality group of people, Among Us is a fantastic time to be had.

Overall, Among Us isn't a very complicated game and it doesn't need to be. The way the game works lends itself to either short bursts or long sessions which makes it easy to jump into and out of quickly. However, despite the game's brilliant simplicity, it does have one minor oversight that could be interesting if fully realized. One of the worst feelings in an Among Us game is being taken out by the imposter before the first meeting. Most of the fun of the game comes from the debate that transpires between all the tasks, and not being able to participate in it for a whole game can lead to a bit of boredom. The only requirement a ghost has is to complete the rest of their tasks, but it could be cool if the game gave ghosts the ability the make a more direct impact on the game state.

Ultimately, being a ghost in Among Us is sort of lame. The most fun that comes out of it is watching your friends try to weed out the imposter while you are already aware of who they are. Other than that, finishing tasks is the main goal of the ghost, but realistically, the tasks in Among Us are mind-numbingly simple. For crewmates who have to be afraid of imposters possibly sneaking up on them during these tasks, this simple gameplay more that serves its purpose. Doing tasks as a crewmate provides a sort of "rush" to the player knowing that an imposter could potentially take advantage of the situation at any moment. This inherent risk involved is what makes doing tasks as a crew member so much fun.

How To Improve The Ghost Gameplay In Among Us

Among Us Ghosts Should Be Able To Haunt Imposters After Death

Improving the ghost gameplay in Among Us could add even more depth to the game, while keeping crewmates more involved in working toward a victory. Some fans have suggested the idea of ghosts being able to hinder the imposters in some sort of way. This could either be done through haunting them, leaving clues for other crewmates, or completing a separate set of tasks tailored to ghosts. They could structure much of this gameplay like the tasks in the game, and while they may have to make some changes to the game to accommodate this new gameplay loop, it would add depth to the game and be cool to boot, not to mention be a greater incentive for players to stick around and not drop out immediately.

Overall, the ghost gameplay within Among Us is the one part of the game that feels a little lacking. Among Us feels the most fun when the players feel like they are working toward a goal together, and the current ghost gameplay makes the crew and the ghosts feel a bit detached from one another. Of course, Among Us is still a fantastically fun game for anyone trying to squeeze in a few rounds. However, these changes to the ghost's gameplay could add a bit more depth to the one facet of the game that feels a tad boring.

Among Us Theory What Impostors Really Are

Among Us Theory What Impostors Really Are Among Us' dastardly Impostors terrorize crewmates with various forms of killing and sabotage, and fans have theories about their origins and motives. The Impostors that give Among Us its name and central gameplay hook are, by design, a mysterious bunch. On the surface, they're nearly identical to Among Us' colorful crewmates, but Impostors exhibit certain strange and terrifying properties. Due to the game's lack of overt story, it's unclear what exactly Among Us' Impostors are, but fans have a few compelling theories. Unlike normal crewmates, Impostors have the ability to slink through vents, which - unless crewmates are small enough to do this, too, but simply have no need to - suggests they have some kind of shapeshifting ability. This would also explain Impostors' ability to open up a large mouth at the waist of their spacesuits and stab victims with sharp tongues. It's possible Among Us' crewmates also ha...

How to Play the Vampire Role Mod in Among Us

How to Play the Vampire Role Mod in Among Us While most of the role mods for Among Us empower the crewmates, the Vampire Role mod overpowers the Impostors, allowing them to fly and kill freely. Typically, mods for Among Us try to maintain fairness for Impostors and crewmates alike, but sometimes, it can be fun to let overpowered Impostors run wild. Many mods have been created to further empower Impostors and turn Among Us from a game of social deduction to a game of survival, including the Floor is Lava mod and the God Mode mod. A new mod developed by Sub & Fletch and demonstrated by YouTuber SSundee and friends gives Impostors even more power against the crewmates by turning them into Vampires. In this mod, Impostors gain the ability to kill with a modified Kill Cooldown timer that gets shorter after each successful kill. They can also turn into a bat and fly around the map with the ability to pass through walls easily. While flying around as a bat, Impostors won't have any na...
