Weird Among Us Cosplay Lets You Be All 10 Players At Once

Weird Among Us Cosplay Lets You Be All 10 Players At Once An Instagram user is making "low-cost" Among Us cosplays using his own body parts to represent the crew members of the beloved multiplayer game. An Instagram user has found a bizarre way to cosplay multiple Among Us characters at the same time. The social deduction game has taken the internet by storm despite being largely ignored when it released in 2018. The game has reached such incredible amounts of popularity that the developer cancelled a sequel to focus up on developing the current game. Among Us, like the similarly explosive Fall Guys before it, owes much of its success to its adorable, minimally designed characters. The astronauts in Among Us are small, beanlike creatures, decked out like Skittles in bright primary colors. Like in Fall Guys, players can purchase cosmetic accessories for their astronaut, including hats, and even little pets that can follow them around. While players are mostly interested in Amo...

An Among Us fan has reimagined some of the most iconic horror films in the game with custom kill animations from the Alien and IT films.

Among Us Impostor Kill Animations Inspired By Horror Icons Alien & IT

One creative Among Us fan has created their own Impostor kill animations that take inspiration from famous horror movies such as Alien and IT. While adding licensed characters to any video game can be tricky or expensive, kill animations like these would be well worth the effort to get into Among Us.

Among Us, like many recent hit indie titles, has spawned waves of fan-made content. From 3D animations to live-action movies to tons and tons of crewmate outfits, Among Us' fanbase has been hard at work showing their appreciation for the game. It is always a treat when gamers find ways to integrate Among Us in other titles whether it be modding crewmate skins into another game or creating similar game modes. Yet, there is something charming about seeing other pieces of pop culture morphed to fit the simplistic style of Among Us.

Twitter user Mactoto posted a short montage of three Impostor kill animations that bring some of the most iconic horror movies into the sci-fi world of Among Us. The first of which is a cute rendition of the Facehuggers from the Alien franchise. The second is from Poltergeist and depicts a cartoon ghost dragging the crewmate into a television. And lastly, Pennywise the Clown from Stephen King's IT films is featured in the third animation handing the crewmate his signature red balloon that cuts the player in half after it pops.

While there are hordes of fan-made content shared online on a daily basis, Among Us hasn't added much new content to the game since its spike in popularity in September of 2020. A large portion of the fan-made content is not anything InnerSloth could integrate into the game, but it could take inspiration from animations and character costumes. With thousands and thousands of users generating original content for the game every day, InnerSloth should use the great minds the studio has at its disposal.

Whether or not Among Us is able to use licensed characters, horror icons would make for the perfect collaborations with Among Us. The game is all about deception and murder, and adding beloved movie characters to the roster would only enhance the gameplay. Who wouldn't want to lie to their friends dressed as Stephen King's Carrie able to snap them in half with the power of their mind?

Among Us Hat Graph All 94 Hats Ranked From Cute To Sus

Among Us Hat Graph All 94 Hats Ranked From Cute To Sus Among Us' hats can say a lot about the player that wears them and may influence who dies first. Here's every hat in the game ranked from cute to sus. One of the best ways to appear innocent in Among Us is by dressing for the occasion. While judging someone by their appearance is superficial, it could also be a player's saving grace. This graph will examine every hat in Among Us and rank them according to how cute, boring, silly, and sus they are. In a social deduction game like Among Us, players usually don't have a lot to go off outside of appearances. This becomes even more true for players who primarily play in public lobbies where voice chat isn't an option. A player could be given the benefit of the doubt immediately depending on how they choose to dress. While dressing cute could help an innocent crewmate stay out of the spotlight, it can also allow the Impostor to prey on the unassuming minds of their vic...

Among Us Theory What Impostors Really Are

Among Us Theory What Impostors Really Are Among Us' dastardly Impostors terrorize crewmates with various forms of killing and sabotage, and fans have theories about their origins and motives. The Impostors that give Among Us its name and central gameplay hook are, by design, a mysterious bunch. On the surface, they're nearly identical to Among Us' colorful crewmates, but Impostors exhibit certain strange and terrifying properties. Due to the game's lack of overt story, it's unclear what exactly Among Us' Impostors are, but fans have a few compelling theories. Unlike normal crewmates, Impostors have the ability to slink through vents, which - unless crewmates are small enough to do this, too, but simply have no need to - suggests they have some kind of shapeshifting ability. This would also explain Impostors' ability to open up a large mouth at the waist of their spacesuits and stab victims with sharp tongues. It's possible Among Us' crewmates also ha...
