Among Us How to Get Stacked Kills (The Easy Way)
Stacked Kills in Among Us can help shift the blame away from the Impostor, but can be dangerous to execute and put a target on the Impostor too.
One of the most important tools Impostors have at their disposal in Among Us is the ability to kill crewmates. The only way for an Impostor or group of Impostors to win the game is to sabotage and kill until the number of crewmates matches the number of Impostors. A big part of the strategy for Impostors, then, is finding a way to kill crewmates without being seen or suspected. Often, if Impostors do not time their kills well, they can easily be caught by a "fresh" (still standing) dead body and be accused of the crime. If enough people believe the accusation, that Impostor may be voted off the ship and ejected into space, lava, or the stratosphere.
One way to avoid detection when making a kill is by performing a Stack Kill. This happens when several crewmates are aligned or stacked on top of each other while performing the same task, particularly if they are trying to watch the cameras or fix an act of sabotage. When this happens, the Impostor can also join the stack, though they cannot perform the task, and execute a kill so crewmates are unable to tell who exactly committed the crime. This is a risky move, however, because it will still paint a target on the Impostor's back since they were in the room when the kill happened, and crewmates can fake a stack to get the Impostor to reveal themselves. How to Get Stacked Kills in Among Us
Impostors are going to either need to manipulate the game to encourage a stack, or they are going to have to wait for one to occur naturally in order to execute the perfect Stack Kill. The first thing the Impostor can try is sabotage. While most veteran players will know not to worry about fixing certain acts of sabotage, like lights, or not to all rush to try and fix it at once, not every player is going to be seasoned enough to know. The Impostor can take advantage of this. It will be easiest to find stacks when an act of sabotage requires at least two players in two different areas working together to fix, but this is not foolproof. Impostors may also have good luck with Stack killing when using one of the more dangerous acts of sabotage that needs to be fixed quickly, as more crewmates may rush to these sites.
Impostors can also wait until multiple people are watching the security cameras or completing one of the common tasks. Normally, when multiple people are performing the same task, their characters will stack, so any time the Impostor notices many people doing the same task at the same time, they can strike.
When the Impostor enters the room, they should be sure to stack up with the others to pretend to be performing the same task. This way, if anyone else enters, the Impostor has deniability. Then, they can kill one of the crewmates in the stack.
While Impostors can self-report a body after making a Stack Kill, this isn't always a good idea. Veteran players may be able to spot the bluff and may vote to eject the Impostor. Even if they don't catch the Impostor right away, it is obvious after a Stack Kill that someone who was in the room at the time is at fault. Eventually, the crewmates will likely eject anyone who was in the room where the kill took place, and the Impostor will invariably be ejected.
To avoid this, Impostors might find a stack of crewmates performing the same task in a room with a vent. This way, they can make the kill while everyone is distracted, vent away before anyone closes out of their task, and be in another room by the time the body is reported. There is less of a chance the Impostor will be implicated along with anyone else in the room.
Crewmates can, of course, use this method against the Impostor by stacking only one or two deep but not actually performing a task. This way, they can see the Impostor coming and report them immediately. Impostors need to be very careful when making Stack Kills and only use this method when they are confident the outcome will benefit their team.
