Weird Among Us Cosplay Lets You Be All 10 Players At Once

Weird Among Us Cosplay Lets You Be All 10 Players At Once An Instagram user is making "low-cost" Among Us cosplays using his own body parts to represent the crew members of the beloved multiplayer game. An Instagram user has found a bizarre way to cosplay multiple Among Us characters at the same time. The social deduction game has taken the internet by storm despite being largely ignored when it released in 2018. The game has reached such incredible amounts of popularity that the developer cancelled a sequel to focus up on developing the current game. Among Us, like the similarly explosive Fall Guys before it, owes much of its success to its adorable, minimally designed characters. The astronauts in Among Us are small, beanlike creatures, decked out like Skittles in bright primary colors. Like in Fall Guys, players can purchase cosmetic accessories for their astronaut, including hats, and even little pets that can follow them around. While players are mostly interested in Amo...

Among Us Imposter Guide How To Lie If You Get Caught

Among Us Imposter Guide How To Lie If You Get Caught

Being an imposter in the social deduction game Among Us can be stressful, and knowing how to lie is essential. Here’s how to lie if you get caught.

Among Us Imposter Guide How To Lie If You Get Caught

In the social deduction multiplayer game Among Us, the players will try to complete the various tasks that are assigned to them. However, one (or more if the settings are changed) of the players is an imposter. There is no position more difficult or stressful than imposter. It is also a lot of fun. The imposter must pretend that they are just a regular crewmate, all while killing off the other crewmates and not drawing attention.

When a dead body is reported, or if someone calls an emergency meeting, the players can discuss who they believe to be the imposter. The person with the most votes against them is ejected into space, or elsewhere depending on the map. What hope is there then, if the imposter is caught in the act of murder? They cannot simply kill the witness, as there is a cooldown timer. They will need to think fast and be very good at lying, which does not come naturally to most people.

Getting out of a bad situation by lying in Among Us

Among Us Imposter Guide How To Lie If You Get Caught

Here’s an example scenario: Let’s say the imposter is the Red player, and they murder Green. Yellow enters the area and sees them do it. Things are about to get interesting, and what happens next is crucial to not getting ejected.

The first tactic is for the imposter (Red) to report the dead body before Yellow does. Red can lie, and claim they saw Yellow kill Green. Of course, Yellow will know it’s a lie, but the goal is simply to be convincing enough to the other crewmates. This can work well later in the game if the imposter has an alibi, and if Yellow was accused of acting “sus” (short for suspicious) before. If this works, Yellow gets ejected, which leaves Red free to continue their murder-spree.

The second tactic is the reverse of this. Yellow hits the report dead body button first. In this case, the imposter will lie and claim that the crewmate self-reported the dead body to frame Red for murder. Again, having a good alibi is crucial.

If either of these scenarios happens, and the crewmate is ejected instead of the imposter, the game continues. Chances are all eyes will turn to the imposter, which means they are likely to be voted off next in an emergency meeting. However, emergency meetings cannot be called if something has been sabotaged. It needs to be fixed first, which gives the imposter time to kill again.

Part of the success of the strategy of having a good alibi is crafting a convincing narrative. To do this, knowing the game systems is essential. Know what the tasks are, know approximately how long they take, and the correct position the player needs to stand to complete them. One option is to read gaming guides, but also it just comes with experience.

The most important thing is never, ever, EVER admit to being guilty. The game is not over until the players either see the Victory or Defeat screen. Even if the imposter believes they have lost, sometimes people will skip voting, or vote for someone else, and the game continues.

Among Us Hat Graph All 94 Hats Ranked From Cute To Sus

Among Us Hat Graph All 94 Hats Ranked From Cute To Sus Among Us' hats can say a lot about the player that wears them and may influence who dies first. Here's every hat in the game ranked from cute to sus. One of the best ways to appear innocent in Among Us is by dressing for the occasion. While judging someone by their appearance is superficial, it could also be a player's saving grace. This graph will examine every hat in Among Us and rank them according to how cute, boring, silly, and sus they are. In a social deduction game like Among Us, players usually don't have a lot to go off outside of appearances. This becomes even more true for players who primarily play in public lobbies where voice chat isn't an option. A player could be given the benefit of the doubt immediately depending on how they choose to dress. While dressing cute could help an innocent crewmate stay out of the spotlight, it can also allow the Impostor to prey on the unassuming minds of their vic...

Among Us Theory What Impostors Really Are

Among Us Theory What Impostors Really Are Among Us' dastardly Impostors terrorize crewmates with various forms of killing and sabotage, and fans have theories about their origins and motives. The Impostors that give Among Us its name and central gameplay hook are, by design, a mysterious bunch. On the surface, they're nearly identical to Among Us' colorful crewmates, but Impostors exhibit certain strange and terrifying properties. Due to the game's lack of overt story, it's unclear what exactly Among Us' Impostors are, but fans have a few compelling theories. Unlike normal crewmates, Impostors have the ability to slink through vents, which - unless crewmates are small enough to do this, too, but simply have no need to - suggests they have some kind of shapeshifting ability. This would also explain Impostors' ability to open up a large mouth at the waist of their spacesuits and stab victims with sharp tongues. It's possible Among Us' crewmates also ha...

Why Among Us 2021 Roadmap Hasnt Released Yet

Why Among Us 2021 Roadmap Hasnt Released Yet A 2021 map for Among Us updates is still missing in action, despite a promise early this year - which may be because predictions are impossible. In a January blog post, Among Us creators InnerSloth promised a content roadmap for 2021. The idea was to "be more transparent" about what features were launching for the social deduction game, and in which order. As of mid-May, however, that roadmap for Among Us still doesn't exist, and given both the time of year and the likely explanation, it may not arrive at all. Among Us first launched in June 2018 as a mobile-only title for iOS and Android, only reaching PCs in November that year. It was largely sidelined until early 2020, when Twitch and YouTube streamers helped shoot it to massive popularity. This resulted in a Nintendo Switch port in December, and plans for both Xbox and PlayStation versions by the end of 2021. In terms of original content, the biggest release so far has been...
