Everything New In Among Us 15Player Lobby Update
The 15-player lobby update has finally arrived in Among Us. Here's everything new in the update, including colors, tasks, bug fixes, and more.

After several weeks of teases and sneak peeks, Innersloth has finally updated Among Us. While the new 15-player lobbies are arguably the biggest part of the latest update, several other new features have been added as well. From new tasks and colors to bug fixes and improvements, here's everything Among Us' 15-player lobby update adds.
The 15-player lobbies in Among Us are ideal for the large scale of the Airship, but players have the option to still enjoy the usual 10-player setup. The new update also includes six new crewmate colors for Among Us: Maroon, Rose, Gray, Tan, Coral, and Banana. Most of these are more washed-out, softer hues of colors already in the game, but it's still nice to have more choices when customizing a crewmate.
The new update also includes the revamped art style for Among Us, which is actually not much different from the old style. The new look is mostly concerned with crewmates, making them look cleaner and sharper. According to a dev log from Innersloth, this seems to be in anticipation of moving the game into 4K, presumably on consoles like Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5. While those console releases still don't have specific dates yet, this is an indicator that those versions may be coming soon.
Among Us 15-Player Lobby Update: New Task & Bug Fixes

The latest update for Among Us also includes a new task: Stabilize Steering. This adds in the ability for users with this task to honk the Airship's horn. There's also a new kill screen meeting menu, which will show the names of everyone who died in the last round, making it easier to keep track of who's still in the game. The last major addition is mobile controller support, something iOS and Android users have been asking for, so it's great to see that it's finally included in this update.
The Among Us update also comes with several notable bug fixes, including the sound effect coming back to the Right Hand Man skin kill animation. Kick and Ban icons that continued to appear on screens after meetings have also been fixed, and the Among Us shop works in multiple languages once again. Unfortunately, the update doesn't include the Sheriff and Scientist roles that were teased, but there's still plenty of new stuff for players to enjoy right now.
This is the first major update since the Airship arrived in late March, and it's indicative of Innersloth working faster (the studio has also nearly doubled in size, although its number of employees is still in the single digits). Perhaps this means players won't have to wait too much longer to find the new roles - or the fifth map that was teased - in Among Us.
