Weird Among Us Cosplay Lets You Be All 10 Players At Once

Weird Among Us Cosplay Lets You Be All 10 Players At Once An Instagram user is making "low-cost" Among Us cosplays using his own body parts to represent the crew members of the beloved multiplayer game. An Instagram user has found a bizarre way to cosplay multiple Among Us characters at the same time. The social deduction game has taken the internet by storm despite being largely ignored when it released in 2018. The game has reached such incredible amounts of popularity that the developer cancelled a sequel to focus up on developing the current game. Among Us, like the similarly explosive Fall Guys before it, owes much of its success to its adorable, minimally designed characters. The astronauts in Among Us are small, beanlike creatures, decked out like Skittles in bright primary colors. Like in Fall Guys, players can purchase cosmetic accessories for their astronaut, including hats, and even little pets that can follow them around. While players are mostly interested in Amo...

How Injustice Gods Among Us Turned Wonder Woman into a WorldConqueror

How Injustice Gods Among Us Turned Wonder Woman into a WorldConqueror

With the DCU's heroes split in the Injustice universe, Wonder Woman played a pivotal role and made a surprising, tragic heel turn.

How Injustice Gods Among Us Turned Wonder Woman into a WorldConqueror

The popular Injustice video games and subsequent comic book adaptations have seen the iconic heroes and villains of the DC Universe divided into two major factions. Superman and the ex-heroes of the Regime rule over Earth with an iron fist, while the Resistance opposing the brutally installed totalitarian government.

And, as one of the core members of DC's trinity of superheroes, Wonder Woman plays a vitally pivotal role across the entire video game universe. Now, we're taking a closer look at the world of Injustice and Wonder Woman's role in Injustice: Gods Among Us and Injustice 2.

The Injustice Universe

The inciting moment of the Injustice Universe saw the Joker trick Superman into thinking his pregnant wife Lois Lane was actually the villain Doomsday while also connecting the trigger to a nuclear bomb to her heartbeat. Upon killing his wife under the Joker's illusion, the bomb was set off, decimating much of Metropolis. In a rage, Superman murdered the Joker and installed a totalitarian worldwide regime with himself as its leader to prevent further tragedies and brutally dispatch its opponents.

Dismayed at what had become of his old friend and ally, Batman formed an underground resistance with several key DC heroes and villains into his ragtag insurgency to overthrow Superman and the One Earth Regime's rule, pitting directly against longtime allies and teammates on the Justice League. The war between the two factions had raged for approximately five years before the start of the first video game, 2013's Injustice: Gods Among Us.

Wonder Woman ultimately sides with Superman and becomes a major leader within the One Earth Regime, entering a romantic relationship with Kal-El. However, Superman appears largely disinterested in a genuine emotional connection, still mourning the death of Lois and his unborn child. Trained as a warrior since birth, Wonder Woman has no moral issues killing and executing opponents to the regime in the name of justice, unlike some other heroes.

As the conflict between the Regime and Insurgency raged on, Diana Prince's half-brother and longtime enemy Ares, the Greek God of War, entered an alliance with Darkseid to gain further power by escalating the violence between the two factions warring for the fate of Earth. This involvement of the Olympian Gods and New Gods into the conflict would culminate during the regime's fourth year, with Zeus bringing his Olympian associates away from the matters of Earth for good after the New Genesis deity Highfather made him realize he was being manipulated by Ares all along.

Wonder Woman in Injustice 2

How Injustice Gods Among Us Turned Wonder Woman into a WorldConqueror

In the climax of Injustice: Gods Among Us, Wonder Woman was defeated by her heroic counterpart from the main DC Universe Earth, with the superhero convincing the Amazons of the alternate worlds' Themyscira to become protectors of the Earth rather than its conquerors and lackeys of the regime once again. Following this, the regime's Wonder Woman took refuge with Black Adam in the Middle Eastern country of Khandaq, exiled by her own sisters for her role as conqueror.

As Brainiac launches his attack on Earth in Injustice 2, Wonder Woman and Supergirl free Superman from imprisonment since his defeat at the end of the previous game. The former Regime members and Insurgency are successful in repelling Brainiac, but hostilities between the two factions resume, which ultimately results in the Regime's defeat. Wonder Woman is sent to stand trial for her crimes by the Guardians of the Universe on Oa while Superman is exiled to the Phantom Zone to prevent a potential return of the regime.

Among Us Hat Graph All 94 Hats Ranked From Cute To Sus

Among Us Hat Graph All 94 Hats Ranked From Cute To Sus Among Us' hats can say a lot about the player that wears them and may influence who dies first. Here's every hat in the game ranked from cute to sus. One of the best ways to appear innocent in Among Us is by dressing for the occasion. While judging someone by their appearance is superficial, it could also be a player's saving grace. This graph will examine every hat in Among Us and rank them according to how cute, boring, silly, and sus they are. In a social deduction game like Among Us, players usually don't have a lot to go off outside of appearances. This becomes even more true for players who primarily play in public lobbies where voice chat isn't an option. A player could be given the benefit of the doubt immediately depending on how they choose to dress. While dressing cute could help an innocent crewmate stay out of the spotlight, it can also allow the Impostor to prey on the unassuming minds of their vic...

Among Us Theory What Impostors Really Are

Among Us Theory What Impostors Really Are Among Us' dastardly Impostors terrorize crewmates with various forms of killing and sabotage, and fans have theories about their origins and motives. The Impostors that give Among Us its name and central gameplay hook are, by design, a mysterious bunch. On the surface, they're nearly identical to Among Us' colorful crewmates, but Impostors exhibit certain strange and terrifying properties. Due to the game's lack of overt story, it's unclear what exactly Among Us' Impostors are, but fans have a few compelling theories. Unlike normal crewmates, Impostors have the ability to slink through vents, which - unless crewmates are small enough to do this, too, but simply have no need to - suggests they have some kind of shapeshifting ability. This would also explain Impostors' ability to open up a large mouth at the waist of their spacesuits and stab victims with sharp tongues. It's possible Among Us' crewmates also ha...

Why Among Us 2021 Roadmap Hasnt Released Yet

Why Among Us 2021 Roadmap Hasnt Released Yet A 2021 map for Among Us updates is still missing in action, despite a promise early this year - which may be because predictions are impossible. In a January blog post, Among Us creators InnerSloth promised a content roadmap for 2021. The idea was to "be more transparent" about what features were launching for the social deduction game, and in which order. As of mid-May, however, that roadmap for Among Us still doesn't exist, and given both the time of year and the likely explanation, it may not arrive at all. Among Us first launched in June 2018 as a mobile-only title for iOS and Android, only reaching PCs in November that year. It was largely sidelined until early 2020, when Twitch and YouTube streamers helped shoot it to massive popularity. This resulted in a Nintendo Switch port in December, and plans for both Xbox and PlayStation versions by the end of 2021. In terms of original content, the biggest release so far has been...
