Weird Among Us Cosplay Lets You Be All 10 Players At Once

Weird Among Us Cosplay Lets You Be All 10 Players At Once An Instagram user is making "low-cost" Among Us cosplays using his own body parts to represent the crew members of the beloved multiplayer game. An Instagram user has found a bizarre way to cosplay multiple Among Us characters at the same time. The social deduction game has taken the internet by storm despite being largely ignored when it released in 2018. The game has reached such incredible amounts of popularity that the developer cancelled a sequel to focus up on developing the current game. Among Us, like the similarly explosive Fall Guys before it, owes much of its success to its adorable, minimally designed characters. The astronauts in Among Us are small, beanlike creatures, decked out like Skittles in bright primary colors. Like in Fall Guys, players can purchase cosmetic accessories for their astronaut, including hats, and even little pets that can follow them around. While players are mostly interested in Amo...

Among Us Fan Board Game Brings The Skeld Map To Tabletop

Among Us Fan Board Game Brings The Skeld Map To Tabletop

An Among Us fan made tabletop game is in the works by GK-Games, bringing the classic Skeld map and the mechanics from Among Us to tabletop form.

Among Us Fan Board Game Brings The Skeld Map To Tabletop

The hit game Among Us is in the process of being brought over to tabletop form, starting with the Skeld map. The concept of Among Us in tabletop form is no doubt unusual for the kind of game it is. It still has the potential to deliver the same amount of fun that can be gotten from the game.

The Skeld map is perhaps the most recognizable map in Among Us. It's the first map to select from in the game, and its sections and tasks are the easiest to remember and execute. Other tasks in maps like Polus can take a bit more time to grasp than the ones in Skeld. It's also easy to understand where impostors can get away with kills, such as the electrical room where there happens to be a vent in the back for impostors to make a clean getaway. The Skeld has remained extremely iconic for these reasons, and many crewmates and impostors alike have been ejected on this map.

GK-Game has posted their concept of an Among Us tabletop game on their Facebook page. The crewmates are set pieces on the Skeld map, and there are various types of cards for the game. There are suspect cards, task cards, sabotage cards, and portrait cards. The game is still a work in progress, so it's unknown exactly how these cards would be used.

There are certain kinks that would need to be worked out if this were to be turned into a full game. If a player were to get a kill as an impostor, there would have to be a unique process to expose and eject them, as an impostor wouldn't be able to get away with a kill without everyone seeing it happen. It's also unknown how tasks and sabotages would work and if they'd be similar to their Among Us iteration. A dice roll could theoretically affect some of these choices, but it won't be known for sure until the full game is completed.

But should this game be complete, it could serve as not just a way to have fun with Among Us in a new type of format, but it could also be used to potentially bring newcomers into the game. The mechanics obviously wouldn't work the same, but the same general concept would still apply to the video game, allowing fun for the whole family. For that, this tabletop version of Among Us could have the same chaotic fun potential that the video game exudes in its gameplay.

Among Us Hat Graph All 94 Hats Ranked From Cute To Sus

Among Us Hat Graph All 94 Hats Ranked From Cute To Sus Among Us' hats can say a lot about the player that wears them and may influence who dies first. Here's every hat in the game ranked from cute to sus. One of the best ways to appear innocent in Among Us is by dressing for the occasion. While judging someone by their appearance is superficial, it could also be a player's saving grace. This graph will examine every hat in Among Us and rank them according to how cute, boring, silly, and sus they are. In a social deduction game like Among Us, players usually don't have a lot to go off outside of appearances. This becomes even more true for players who primarily play in public lobbies where voice chat isn't an option. A player could be given the benefit of the doubt immediately depending on how they choose to dress. While dressing cute could help an innocent crewmate stay out of the spotlight, it can also allow the Impostor to prey on the unassuming minds of their vic...

Among Us Theory What Impostors Really Are

Among Us Theory What Impostors Really Are Among Us' dastardly Impostors terrorize crewmates with various forms of killing and sabotage, and fans have theories about their origins and motives. The Impostors that give Among Us its name and central gameplay hook are, by design, a mysterious bunch. On the surface, they're nearly identical to Among Us' colorful crewmates, but Impostors exhibit certain strange and terrifying properties. Due to the game's lack of overt story, it's unclear what exactly Among Us' Impostors are, but fans have a few compelling theories. Unlike normal crewmates, Impostors have the ability to slink through vents, which - unless crewmates are small enough to do this, too, but simply have no need to - suggests they have some kind of shapeshifting ability. This would also explain Impostors' ability to open up a large mouth at the waist of their spacesuits and stab victims with sharp tongues. It's possible Among Us' crewmates also ha...

Why Among Us 2021 Roadmap Hasnt Released Yet

Why Among Us 2021 Roadmap Hasnt Released Yet A 2021 map for Among Us updates is still missing in action, despite a promise early this year - which may be because predictions are impossible. In a January blog post, Among Us creators InnerSloth promised a content roadmap for 2021. The idea was to "be more transparent" about what features were launching for the social deduction game, and in which order. As of mid-May, however, that roadmap for Among Us still doesn't exist, and given both the time of year and the likely explanation, it may not arrive at all. Among Us first launched in June 2018 as a mobile-only title for iOS and Android, only reaching PCs in November that year. It was largely sidelined until early 2020, when Twitch and YouTube streamers helped shoot it to massive popularity. This resulted in a Nintendo Switch port in December, and plans for both Xbox and PlayStation versions by the end of 2021. In terms of original content, the biggest release so far has been...
