Weird Among Us Cosplay Lets You Be All 10 Players At Once

Weird Among Us Cosplay Lets You Be All 10 Players At Once An Instagram user is making "low-cost" Among Us cosplays using his own body parts to represent the crew members of the beloved multiplayer game. An Instagram user has found a bizarre way to cosplay multiple Among Us characters at the same time. The social deduction game has taken the internet by storm despite being largely ignored when it released in 2018. The game has reached such incredible amounts of popularity that the developer cancelled a sequel to focus up on developing the current game. Among Us, like the similarly explosive Fall Guys before it, owes much of its success to its adorable, minimally designed characters. The astronauts in Among Us are small, beanlike creatures, decked out like Skittles in bright primary colors. Like in Fall Guys, players can purchase cosmetic accessories for their astronaut, including hats, and even little pets that can follow them around. While players are mostly interested in Amo...

In anticipation for Halloween, an Among Us fan decided to celebrate the season by carving a crewmate with a Jack-o-Lantern hat out of a real pumpkin.

In preparation for the spookiest holiday of the year, an Among Us fan skillfully carved a crewmate with a Jack-o-Lantern Hat out of a pumpkin. Released in 2018 by indie developer Inner Sloth, Among Us is a social deduction game that soared in popularity to become one of Steam’s best-selling titles in 2020.

Although the game’s popularity has declined significantly since its meteoric rise to fame last year, Inner Sloth continues working to provide steady updates to the title, with the addition of 15-player lobbies earlier in June. Along with the update, the studio also revealed its 2021 roadmap for Among Us, which detailed a new mode called "Hide & Seek," new roles for crewmates, as well as providing a sneak peak at the game's long-awaited fifth map.

Reddit user CowardlyPrince recently shared pictures of their Halloween themed Among Us creation, carving a crewmate out of a butternut squash. In contrast to the brightly colored orange squash used for the crewmate’s body, the crafty Redditor chose to utilize sweet potatoes for the character’s visor and backpack, giving them a more muted orange as opposed to the usual blue color seen in-game. Lastly, the CowardlyPrince topped off their creation with the most important component to any crewmate, a brilliant recreation of the game’s pumpkin hat, which was carved out of a palm-sized pumpkin. Among Us’ pumpkin hat is a free seasonal item that unlocks for players who play the game during the month of October.

Luckily, fans that have not yet unlocked the pumpkin hat can simply log into the game now to claim one for their collection, with the Halloween-themed Among Us hats returning earlier last week. Players can have their pick of several spooky items to adorn their crewmates with, such as devil horns, wolf ears, witches hat, or a plague doctor’s mask. The seasonal hats are now available across the game’s PC, mobile, and Switch versions, and fans can also expect the game’s Skeld and MIRA HQ maps to be appropriately decorated later in the month in order to properly celebrate Halloween in style.

CowardlyPrince has certainly kicked off the spooky festivities in the most on-theme way possible with their pumpkin crewmate creation, and found an excellent way to put the season’s abundance of pumpkins to good use. The pumpkin carving will hopefully inspire other fans who are looking to use the vegetables in a new way. Though carving hats and crewmates in the real world may be a difficult task, luckily, the game itself will soon be more accessible to play, with Among Us’ adding accessibility options in its next update allowing both keyboard and mouse movement at the same time.

Among Us Hat Graph All 94 Hats Ranked From Cute To Sus

Among Us Hat Graph All 94 Hats Ranked From Cute To Sus Among Us' hats can say a lot about the player that wears them and may influence who dies first. Here's every hat in the game ranked from cute to sus. One of the best ways to appear innocent in Among Us is by dressing for the occasion. While judging someone by their appearance is superficial, it could also be a player's saving grace. This graph will examine every hat in Among Us and rank them according to how cute, boring, silly, and sus they are. In a social deduction game like Among Us, players usually don't have a lot to go off outside of appearances. This becomes even more true for players who primarily play in public lobbies where voice chat isn't an option. A player could be given the benefit of the doubt immediately depending on how they choose to dress. While dressing cute could help an innocent crewmate stay out of the spotlight, it can also allow the Impostor to prey on the unassuming minds of their vic...

Among Us Theory What Impostors Really Are

Among Us Theory What Impostors Really Are Among Us' dastardly Impostors terrorize crewmates with various forms of killing and sabotage, and fans have theories about their origins and motives. The Impostors that give Among Us its name and central gameplay hook are, by design, a mysterious bunch. On the surface, they're nearly identical to Among Us' colorful crewmates, but Impostors exhibit certain strange and terrifying properties. Due to the game's lack of overt story, it's unclear what exactly Among Us' Impostors are, but fans have a few compelling theories. Unlike normal crewmates, Impostors have the ability to slink through vents, which - unless crewmates are small enough to do this, too, but simply have no need to - suggests they have some kind of shapeshifting ability. This would also explain Impostors' ability to open up a large mouth at the waist of their spacesuits and stab victims with sharp tongues. It's possible Among Us' crewmates also ha...

Why Among Us 2021 Roadmap Hasnt Released Yet

Why Among Us 2021 Roadmap Hasnt Released Yet A 2021 map for Among Us updates is still missing in action, despite a promise early this year - which may be because predictions are impossible. In a January blog post, Among Us creators InnerSloth promised a content roadmap for 2021. The idea was to "be more transparent" about what features were launching for the social deduction game, and in which order. As of mid-May, however, that roadmap for Among Us still doesn't exist, and given both the time of year and the likely explanation, it may not arrive at all. Among Us first launched in June 2018 as a mobile-only title for iOS and Android, only reaching PCs in November that year. It was largely sidelined until early 2020, when Twitch and YouTube streamers helped shoot it to massive popularity. This resulted in a Nintendo Switch port in December, and plans for both Xbox and PlayStation versions by the end of 2021. In terms of original content, the biggest release so far has been...
