Weird Among Us Cosplay Lets You Be All 10 Players At Once

Weird Among Us Cosplay Lets You Be All 10 Players At Once An Instagram user is making "low-cost" Among Us cosplays using his own body parts to represent the crew members of the beloved multiplayer game. An Instagram user has found a bizarre way to cosplay multiple Among Us characters at the same time. The social deduction game has taken the internet by storm despite being largely ignored when it released in 2018. The game has reached such incredible amounts of popularity that the developer cancelled a sequel to focus up on developing the current game. Among Us, like the similarly explosive Fall Guys before it, owes much of its success to its adorable, minimally designed characters. The astronauts in Among Us are small, beanlike creatures, decked out like Skittles in bright primary colors. Like in Fall Guys, players can purchase cosmetic accessories for their astronaut, including hats, and even little pets that can follow them around. While players are mostly interested in Amo...

Among Us Fan Trailer Reinvents the Franchise as a GameBoy Game

Innsersloth's Among Us found massive popularity in recent months as gamers and online viewers new to the game enjoyed watching, participating and helping to deduce which of the characters could be Imposters among the Crewmates. One fan, however, looked at Among Us' bright colors and gameplay and wondered what it might look like transposed to the green screened aesthetic of Nintendo's Game Boy handheld.

YouTuber Lumpy Touch shared a video that successfully captures the feeling of an Among Us session, complete with the distrust, paranoia and discussion over potential Imposters. The macabre title screen features options for a Single Player or Multiplayer game, with the old Game Boy caveat that a multiplayer game "requires 4-player link cable," as the bodies of ejected Crewmates float in the background.

Once all four players have joined the game, the video places them in Among Us' familiar spaceship setting as the 'player' customizes their character, including the option to have a pet. Charted with several tasks, the protagonist Crewmate then proceeds to accomplish what needs to be done while avoiding potential Imposters. Unfortunately, things don't go too well for them as, after turning on the lights, they are eaten by an Imposter.

This leads to a discussion among the survivors as they try to determine who the Imposter could be. This exchange includes a nice tongue-in-cheek joke at the expense of the Game Boy as one Crewmate suggests the Imposter was "green." Another then comments, "lol we're all green," in reference to the Game Boy's screen.

Released in June 2018, Among Us found success this year as an online social deduction game. It takes place in a space-themed setting where gamers play as either a Crewmate or an Imposter. The goal for the Crewmate players is to identity the Imposters on board while completing tasks. Conversely, the Imposters aim to sabotage the ship and kill the Crewmates before they can accomplish their goals.

Among Us Hat Graph All 94 Hats Ranked From Cute To Sus

Among Us Hat Graph All 94 Hats Ranked From Cute To Sus Among Us' hats can say a lot about the player that wears them and may influence who dies first. Here's every hat in the game ranked from cute to sus. One of the best ways to appear innocent in Among Us is by dressing for the occasion. While judging someone by their appearance is superficial, it could also be a player's saving grace. This graph will examine every hat in Among Us and rank them according to how cute, boring, silly, and sus they are. In a social deduction game like Among Us, players usually don't have a lot to go off outside of appearances. This becomes even more true for players who primarily play in public lobbies where voice chat isn't an option. A player could be given the benefit of the doubt immediately depending on how they choose to dress. While dressing cute could help an innocent crewmate stay out of the spotlight, it can also allow the Impostor to prey on the unassuming minds of their vic...

Among Us Theory What Impostors Really Are

Among Us Theory What Impostors Really Are Among Us' dastardly Impostors terrorize crewmates with various forms of killing and sabotage, and fans have theories about their origins and motives. The Impostors that give Among Us its name and central gameplay hook are, by design, a mysterious bunch. On the surface, they're nearly identical to Among Us' colorful crewmates, but Impostors exhibit certain strange and terrifying properties. Due to the game's lack of overt story, it's unclear what exactly Among Us' Impostors are, but fans have a few compelling theories. Unlike normal crewmates, Impostors have the ability to slink through vents, which - unless crewmates are small enough to do this, too, but simply have no need to - suggests they have some kind of shapeshifting ability. This would also explain Impostors' ability to open up a large mouth at the waist of their spacesuits and stab victims with sharp tongues. It's possible Among Us' crewmates also ha...

Why Among Us 2021 Roadmap Hasnt Released Yet

Why Among Us 2021 Roadmap Hasnt Released Yet A 2021 map for Among Us updates is still missing in action, despite a promise early this year - which may be because predictions are impossible. In a January blog post, Among Us creators InnerSloth promised a content roadmap for 2021. The idea was to "be more transparent" about what features were launching for the social deduction game, and in which order. As of mid-May, however, that roadmap for Among Us still doesn't exist, and given both the time of year and the likely explanation, it may not arrive at all. Among Us first launched in June 2018 as a mobile-only title for iOS and Android, only reaching PCs in November that year. It was largely sidelined until early 2020, when Twitch and YouTube streamers helped shoot it to massive popularity. This resulted in a Nintendo Switch port in December, and plans for both Xbox and PlayStation versions by the end of 2021. In terms of original content, the biggest release so far has been...
