Weird Among Us Cosplay Lets You Be All 10 Players At Once

Weird Among Us Cosplay Lets You Be All 10 Players At Once An Instagram user is making "low-cost" Among Us cosplays using his own body parts to represent the crew members of the beloved multiplayer game. An Instagram user has found a bizarre way to cosplay multiple Among Us characters at the same time. The social deduction game has taken the internet by storm despite being largely ignored when it released in 2018. The game has reached such incredible amounts of popularity that the developer cancelled a sequel to focus up on developing the current game. Among Us, like the similarly explosive Fall Guys before it, owes much of its success to its adorable, minimally designed characters. The astronauts in Among Us are small, beanlike creatures, decked out like Skittles in bright primary colors. Like in Fall Guys, players can purchase cosmetic accessories for their astronaut, including hats, and even little pets that can follow them around. While players are mostly interested in Amo...

Among Us Pets Create The Games Saddest Moment

Among Us Pets Create The Games Saddest Moment

The ability to have pets in Among Us is undeniably cute, but once a Crewmate is killed they suddenly becomes a much more depressing addition.

Among Us Pets Create The Games Saddest Moment

Pets are a great addition to Among Us' character customization options, but they also make the game unbelievably sad. Players can choose from all sorts of companions in Among Us' pet pack, including a brain slug, a small robot, and even an adorable little dog. Having a secondary character follow the player's Crewmate around in an undeniably cute addition to the game, but once the inevitable occurs and the pet loses its master, the reality of the situation hits all too fast.

Pets in Among Us need their Crewmates to look after them and keep them safe, just like in real life. Although Among Us' pets don't need to be fed or watered, they do apparently need the company of their Crewmate, as evidenced by the fact that once that Crewmate dies, the pet doesn't really know what to do next.

Pets aren't free in any version of Among Us. Players need to spend $2.99 to unlock the full array of options. but once they do they can have a companion for every Among Us match in the future. Among Us' pets are great companions in stressful rooms like The Skeld's Electrical, especially the little blue dog. Its wagging tail and smiling face act as a perfect salve for the tension which grips most rounds of Among Us - until the owner of the pet is killed, that is.

Among Us Pets Mourn Players After Death

Among Us Pets Create The Games Saddest Moment

During Among Us' kill animations, players who own pets can see just how traumatized they become at witnessing their master's death. The little blue dog's tail stops wagging and, instead of smiling, its lips begin to tremble in fear. It's even worse afterwards, because while the Among Us Impostor can simply vent away and go try and not be sus somewhere else, the poor animal will not ever leave the side of their owner's body.

This is something which becomes even sadder in subsequent rounds, especially if multiple Among Us pet owners have been killed throughout the current game's map. Although bodies in Among Us disappear after they are reported, the mourning pet will remain. This means players (and, notably, the remaining Impostors) will run past sad-looking creatures mourning the loss of their friends in the exact spot they were killed over and over again. With the little blue dog in particular, it's hard not to think about the saddest episode of Futurama every time.

Among Us, despite featuring so much lies and murder, is not really a sad game - unless pets are included. By showing how the death of a Crewmate affects the lives of their pet, Among Us' developers have made the Impostors appear a bit more cold-hearted than they would otherwise. Among Us' pets are a great addition to the game and obviously adorable, but they can also make dying a little more impactful than players were expecting.

Among Us Hat Graph All 94 Hats Ranked From Cute To Sus

Among Us Hat Graph All 94 Hats Ranked From Cute To Sus Among Us' hats can say a lot about the player that wears them and may influence who dies first. Here's every hat in the game ranked from cute to sus. One of the best ways to appear innocent in Among Us is by dressing for the occasion. While judging someone by their appearance is superficial, it could also be a player's saving grace. This graph will examine every hat in Among Us and rank them according to how cute, boring, silly, and sus they are. In a social deduction game like Among Us, players usually don't have a lot to go off outside of appearances. This becomes even more true for players who primarily play in public lobbies where voice chat isn't an option. A player could be given the benefit of the doubt immediately depending on how they choose to dress. While dressing cute could help an innocent crewmate stay out of the spotlight, it can also allow the Impostor to prey on the unassuming minds of their vic...

Among Us Theory What Impostors Really Are

Among Us Theory What Impostors Really Are Among Us' dastardly Impostors terrorize crewmates with various forms of killing and sabotage, and fans have theories about their origins and motives. The Impostors that give Among Us its name and central gameplay hook are, by design, a mysterious bunch. On the surface, they're nearly identical to Among Us' colorful crewmates, but Impostors exhibit certain strange and terrifying properties. Due to the game's lack of overt story, it's unclear what exactly Among Us' Impostors are, but fans have a few compelling theories. Unlike normal crewmates, Impostors have the ability to slink through vents, which - unless crewmates are small enough to do this, too, but simply have no need to - suggests they have some kind of shapeshifting ability. This would also explain Impostors' ability to open up a large mouth at the waist of their spacesuits and stab victims with sharp tongues. It's possible Among Us' crewmates also ha...
