Weird Among Us Cosplay Lets You Be All 10 Players At Once

Weird Among Us Cosplay Lets You Be All 10 Players At Once An Instagram user is making "low-cost" Among Us cosplays using his own body parts to represent the crew members of the beloved multiplayer game. An Instagram user has found a bizarre way to cosplay multiple Among Us characters at the same time. The social deduction game has taken the internet by storm despite being largely ignored when it released in 2018. The game has reached such incredible amounts of popularity that the developer cancelled a sequel to focus up on developing the current game. Among Us, like the similarly explosive Fall Guys before it, owes much of its success to its adorable, minimally designed characters. The astronauts in Among Us are small, beanlike creatures, decked out like Skittles in bright primary colors. Like in Fall Guys, players can purchase cosmetic accessories for their astronaut, including hats, and even little pets that can follow them around. While players are mostly interested in Amo...

Injustice Gods Among Us Free On All Platforms This Week

WB Interactive's and NetherRealm Studios' 2013 fighting game, Injustice: Gods Among Us is being given away for the price of free all week long.

Injustice Gods Among Us Free On All Platforms This Week

NetherRealm Studios' 2013 DC Comics-themed fighting game, Injustice: Gods Among Us, is free on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC until June 25. NetherRealm Studios is best known for developing the Mortal Kombat franchise. The first game, released in 1992, was created by a team of just a handful of people, including Ed Boon and Dan "Toasty" Forden, who are still with the series to this day.

After two decades of creating nothing but Mortal Kombat games, the team at what came to be known as NetherRealm Studios decided to diversify with a new fighting game series. The team had dabbled with the heroes of DC in the divisive Mortal Kombat vs DC Universe, but the team was much more successful with 2013's Injustice: Gods Among Us. Primarily set in a universe where Superman has become a tyrannical dictator after murdering Joker for nuking his home city of Metropolis, Injustice took the delightfully melodramatic storytelling and over-the-top fighting of Mortal Kombat and applied it to the storied heroes of DC.

In a surprise announcement reported by Game Informer, publisher WB Games has made Injustice: Gods Among Us - Ultimate Edition free for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC until June 25. This isn't the original PS3/Xbox 360 version of the game, but the updated re-release that contains all of the additional DLC fighters and slightly touched-up visuals (mostly consisting of a higher overall resolution).

Injustice Gods Among Us Free On All Platforms This Week

This gesture comes in the wake of reports AT&T may be seeking to sell off WB Interactive, putting the future of franchises like Batman: Arkham, Middle-Earth, and the games produced by NetherRealm, in doubt. It's unclear if this free release of Injustice is somehow related to the potential sale, or if WB simply saw an opportunity to gain good will in a particularly strenuous summer season and seized it.

NetherRealm's recent titles, Mortal Kombat 11 and Injustice 2, were bogged down by RPG mechanics, bloated menus, and microtransactions. While the visuals are a primitive compared to those more modern games, Injustice: Gods Among Us - Ultimate Edition nonetheless contains 30 different fighters, and most of them have numerous free cosmetic skins. In some ways, this straightforward, old-school approach feels more fresh than the convoluted currencies of the sequel, which seemed more interested in coaxing players to spend real money on in-game loot than actually fighting. For no-holds-barred, one-on-one brawling without the overwhelming gore of the Mortal Kombat games, nothing comes close to Injustice: Gods Among Us.

Among Us Hat Graph All 94 Hats Ranked From Cute To Sus

Among Us Hat Graph All 94 Hats Ranked From Cute To Sus Among Us' hats can say a lot about the player that wears them and may influence who dies first. Here's every hat in the game ranked from cute to sus. One of the best ways to appear innocent in Among Us is by dressing for the occasion. While judging someone by their appearance is superficial, it could also be a player's saving grace. This graph will examine every hat in Among Us and rank them according to how cute, boring, silly, and sus they are. In a social deduction game like Among Us, players usually don't have a lot to go off outside of appearances. This becomes even more true for players who primarily play in public lobbies where voice chat isn't an option. A player could be given the benefit of the doubt immediately depending on how they choose to dress. While dressing cute could help an innocent crewmate stay out of the spotlight, it can also allow the Impostor to prey on the unassuming minds of their vic...

Among Us Theory What Impostors Really Are

Among Us Theory What Impostors Really Are Among Us' dastardly Impostors terrorize crewmates with various forms of killing and sabotage, and fans have theories about their origins and motives. The Impostors that give Among Us its name and central gameplay hook are, by design, a mysterious bunch. On the surface, they're nearly identical to Among Us' colorful crewmates, but Impostors exhibit certain strange and terrifying properties. Due to the game's lack of overt story, it's unclear what exactly Among Us' Impostors are, but fans have a few compelling theories. Unlike normal crewmates, Impostors have the ability to slink through vents, which - unless crewmates are small enough to do this, too, but simply have no need to - suggests they have some kind of shapeshifting ability. This would also explain Impostors' ability to open up a large mouth at the waist of their spacesuits and stab victims with sharp tongues. It's possible Among Us' crewmates also ha...
