Weird Among Us Cosplay Lets You Be All 10 Players At Once

Weird Among Us Cosplay Lets You Be All 10 Players At Once An Instagram user is making "low-cost" Among Us cosplays using his own body parts to represent the crew members of the beloved multiplayer game. An Instagram user has found a bizarre way to cosplay multiple Among Us characters at the same time. The social deduction game has taken the internet by storm despite being largely ignored when it released in 2018. The game has reached such incredible amounts of popularity that the developer cancelled a sequel to focus up on developing the current game. Among Us, like the similarly explosive Fall Guys before it, owes much of its success to its adorable, minimally designed characters. The astronauts in Among Us are small, beanlike creatures, decked out like Skittles in bright primary colors. Like in Fall Guys, players can purchase cosmetic accessories for their astronaut, including hats, and even little pets that can follow them around. While players are mostly interested in Amo...

Why Among Us Next Map Could Be An Underground Level

Why Among Us Next Map Could Be An Underground Level

Among Us fans have speculated where the game's next new map could take place, and an underground stage might be possible. Here's why it would work.

Why Among Us Next Map Could Be An Underground Level

The murder-mystery game, Among Us, just received its biggest update ever, which introduced the Airship map and a shortlist of new cosmetics. This hasn't stopped fans from speculating what kind of map developer InnerSloth might introduce next. While the studio hasn't revealed any of its plans yet, it hasn't ruled anything out, and many players have speculated that the new map could be subterranean.

Currently, Among Us offers players four different stages to host their games. The first three maps were all science-fiction-themed and were set on an alien planet's surface (Polus), a space station (The Skeld), and a flying headquarters (MIRA HQ). The Airship was a departure from the game's typical space-faring settings and was inspired by InnerSloth's The Henry Stickmin series. Fans have noted that all of the game's maps have either been airborne or set in space, which might suggest that the next Among Us stage might be more down to earth.

Twitter user KumeraiFang picked up on this trend and told their followers, "[It] makes me wonder if an underground map is in the future of the game." InnerSloth hasn't announced any plans for new content following The Airship's launch. Still, the studio responded to KumeraiFang's speculative post with, "Take your guesses now folks," encouraging players to continue spitballing ideas of where the social deduction game could be set next. So how likely is an underground map, and when could fans expect to see a new one?

Among Us: Could The Next Map Be Underground?

Why Among Us Next Map Could Be An Underground Level

InnerSloth has free rein to make the next Among Us map wherever it wants, but a below-ground setting would neatly complement one of its existing maps and the game's creepy aesthetic. Polus is the only plant surface featured in Among Us, so it would be appropriate if the game's fifth map were an excavation site of the extraterrestrial planet. The map could use mining carts and elevators as traversal mechanics like the Airship uses ladders and floating platforms. Astronauts voted out of the game could be cast into a chasm, similarly to how they're thrown into a pit of lava on Polus.

take your guesses now folks

There's no evidence confirming that an underground map will actually be added to Among Us, but fans could receive more frequent content updates from its creators moving forward. InnerSloth has grown to employ eight people, up from its original three founding members. The Airship and Polus maps were released a little over a year apart from each other, but with the help of new staff, the developer might begin releasing major content additions more often. Even so, news regarding more new maps in Among Us will likely be a long way off, since the Airship just released.

Among Us Hat Graph All 94 Hats Ranked From Cute To Sus

Among Us Hat Graph All 94 Hats Ranked From Cute To Sus Among Us' hats can say a lot about the player that wears them and may influence who dies first. Here's every hat in the game ranked from cute to sus. One of the best ways to appear innocent in Among Us is by dressing for the occasion. While judging someone by their appearance is superficial, it could also be a player's saving grace. This graph will examine every hat in Among Us and rank them according to how cute, boring, silly, and sus they are. In a social deduction game like Among Us, players usually don't have a lot to go off outside of appearances. This becomes even more true for players who primarily play in public lobbies where voice chat isn't an option. A player could be given the benefit of the doubt immediately depending on how they choose to dress. While dressing cute could help an innocent crewmate stay out of the spotlight, it can also allow the Impostor to prey on the unassuming minds of their vic...

Among Us Theory What Impostors Really Are

Among Us Theory What Impostors Really Are Among Us' dastardly Impostors terrorize crewmates with various forms of killing and sabotage, and fans have theories about their origins and motives. The Impostors that give Among Us its name and central gameplay hook are, by design, a mysterious bunch. On the surface, they're nearly identical to Among Us' colorful crewmates, but Impostors exhibit certain strange and terrifying properties. Due to the game's lack of overt story, it's unclear what exactly Among Us' Impostors are, but fans have a few compelling theories. Unlike normal crewmates, Impostors have the ability to slink through vents, which - unless crewmates are small enough to do this, too, but simply have no need to - suggests they have some kind of shapeshifting ability. This would also explain Impostors' ability to open up a large mouth at the waist of their spacesuits and stab victims with sharp tongues. It's possible Among Us' crewmates also ha...

Why Among Us 2021 Roadmap Hasnt Released Yet

Why Among Us 2021 Roadmap Hasnt Released Yet A 2021 map for Among Us updates is still missing in action, despite a promise early this year - which may be because predictions are impossible. In a January blog post, Among Us creators InnerSloth promised a content roadmap for 2021. The idea was to "be more transparent" about what features were launching for the social deduction game, and in which order. As of mid-May, however, that roadmap for Among Us still doesn't exist, and given both the time of year and the likely explanation, it may not arrive at all. Among Us first launched in June 2018 as a mobile-only title for iOS and Android, only reaching PCs in November that year. It was largely sidelined until early 2020, when Twitch and YouTube streamers helped shoot it to massive popularity. This resulted in a Nintendo Switch port in December, and plans for both Xbox and PlayStation versions by the end of 2021. In terms of original content, the biggest release so far has been...
